Drive through line took over 30 min and even when I got to food window. They also messed up my order. I have been multiple in and outs with way longer lines that were way faster.

In N Out Burger helps reset the internal clock and palette when I return home. Not to mention, double double is the best cure for jet lag without a doubt. The pain with this location is the drive through. It's Friday dinner time and it's raining, it took half an hour to wait in line. The cones help direct traffic, but due to the long line on Valley View, I had to make a u-turn and queue up on La Palma. I ordered a cheeseburger animal style and a double double protein style. This time around, the patties in both are over cooked, like a SmashBurger which never happened in the past.

Pieces of napkin was stuck inside the burger, burger had no lettuce at all. Fries were salty. Also asked for a specific number of spread packets and homegirl gave 1. Also, the guy taking drive thru orders was making me pull up so close to the car in front of me for no apparent reason.

This in n out is disgusting it's dirty the floors have trash the even in the kitchen the floors are dirty the bathrooms are even worse I couldn't eat inside it was so bad 😞

I should have said made to order as I was placing my order for this meal. I received stale animal fries that seem to have been sitting out on the counter for awhile. It was a few minutes drive from where I live to this In & Out restaurant. By the time I got home my burger was cold in a closed bag in a separate bag where my animal fries were. Didn't taste fresh at all! I just hope I don't get sick. Yuck.

Friendly and efficient staff, always polite and upbeat even during busy hours.
Drive-thrus and dining areas can be crowded, especially at peak hours. Since everything is made fresh, it can take longer than typical fast food, but it's well worth it.
