I went to Boba Time with my autistic son after dinner because he wanted a strawberry smoothie. He ordered through the kiosk and pressed “no tip.” Maybe that’s why, but they never even called his order number or name. When I finally went up to check, the drink was just sitting there on the counter, obviously forgotten.
When I took a sip, I was stunned—it was ROOM TEMPERATURE. On a 92-degree day, the entire reason anyone orders a smoothie is to have something cold and refreshing, not a melted, lukewarm mess.
This isn’t just about one bad drink. It shows a complete lack of care and management. If staff can’t even deliver a basic cold smoothie properly, what does that say about the rest of the place? Terrible experience, and I have zero intention of ever coming back.
She did not know how to use the cash register, took too long. Then went on to say my new $50 was fake. Ha!

This is my go to Boba spot. Drinks are always on point and taste great. It does get a little packed but just be patient the staff is constantly moving and getting orders out. There's plenty of seats inside and out so if you're waiting you don't have to stand the whole time. Definitely recommend this spot. Use the Kiosk on the side to order usually goes by faster that way.
