After a long day of traveling recently, we stopped at Chili's in Buena Park for a later dinner. Chili's a solid choice in MN where we live, so it's always been a favorite, and we knew we could count on it. Unfortunately we were wrong about this one. Our drinks were fantastic, but that's where the good stuff ends. Our server was okay, and fairly attentive, but the food was atrocious. We started with the fried mozzarella, which was not great, but edible. We decided to share the Smokehouse Combo dinner, and it was the absolute worst. The chicken crispers were dried out and consisted of mostly breading, so we didn't finish them. The quesadilla was soggy and covered in grease from the melted cheese, so we couldn't eat more than a piece of that either. The french fries were also soggy and inedible, so we left those behind. The corn tasted and felt like it had been boiled for days - it was somehow completely mushy, but tough at the same time, and had no flavor at all, which was shocking given the stuff loaded on top of it. The piece of garlic toast was so small it would have been about two bites worth if we could have eaten it, which we did not because - you guessed it - it was soggy. For nearly $25, the meal was disgusting and disappointing. I hope this isn't the norm for this location, but it left us pretty angry paying the $60+ price tag for a couple decent drinks and a few bites of mozzarella cheese. I don't know if Chili's in general has begun lacking in quality and this is just the way it is now, or if this was a fluke. Hopefully the latter.

This is a weird situation because for this wing place, you are ordering chili's food, but you cant place this type of order at chili's, strange because this is where it's located, and where you are picking it up from. You are basically ordering wings from chili's yet under a different name. The wings are ok, but there is nothing to brag about. Maybe try Buffalo wild wings across the street.I'd like to show you my order I took pictures of, but for some odd reason, it won't let me add photos.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

I've had them before and it was good. Last time, and especially this time I ordered food and there was almost 0 sauce on the wings. highly disappointing. Guess it's time to find a new wing place

Lots of bad comments but the wings i had were very good. You can taste the smoke on the bone in wings. People saying they had soggy wings must have ordered boneless wings people who order boness wings have bad taste anyways or are children and dont know any better. 4 stars since the fries were basic.
Wanted to try a new, small business but this is inside the Chili’s I go to every week. I didn’t even realize til I got to the parking lot. Feels like weird marketing. I decided not to try it and go elsewhere.

Wings were just “okay”. They were meaty but also fatty and super dry. Charged extra dollar for 2 blue cheese that we didn’t even receive. And they split our 16 piece order into 2 separate containers and split the fries between the two containers with the 8 wings instead of putting the wings in one container and fries in the other container. In turn, the little bit of sauce on the wings ended up saturated into the fries. Won’t order wings from here again, will go elsewhere next time.

Wings were terrible dehydrated on the bread and can't tell the difference between the different flavors it's absolutely terrible. Friday's the game with the wings are absolutely soggy and no flavor
