Beautifully decorated Japanese restaurant that offers mouthwatering dishes such as omakase and yakitori. The presentation of their food is really lovely and I'm glad to say that the food tasted as good as it looks. I really love their Mentaiko Pasta, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce was so flavorful. And I love the assorted Yakitori we ordered, I got to try a variety of meats and is perfect for sharing. Definitely one of the best spots inside The Source, I highly recommend if you're around the area for a fun and delightful dining experience!
Looking for late-night eats on a Wednesday, Izakaya Ichie caught my eye. Unfortunately, calling in a takeout order proved frustrating - both the Yelp and Google numbers went unanswered, forcing me to use UberEats. We ordered: Mentaiko Cream Udon: the only winner - the udon had great texture, not overly mushy, and the rich cream sauce was very flavorful, but a tad salty. Chirashi Don. Galbi Chop Steak & Noodle was a miss - possibly yakisoba-inspired noodles? lacked flavor, and the steak pieces were so tiny and flavorless, not even salt. The Korean Bulgogi Yakiniku Don also fell short - the mayo topping clashed with the flavors. Overall, Izakaya Ichie offers a decent selection of Japanese and Korean-inspired dishes, with some hits, mostly misses. The late-night availability is a definite perk. Such a fun cozy spot for night out with friends! Ambiance has nice cozy moody lighting and fun music playing. Service is great and very attentive.My top ticks were omakase sushi box and Nagasaki champon. In the omakase sushi box you get 3 cute boxes with chefs choice-the tuna and sashimi and eel were so fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try the mentaiko udon!

Great place to catch up with old friends for a Sunday lunch close to opening time. There's kpop playing inside and projection of kpop music videos too. We got the Ultimate Sushi Beach Roll, Shrimp Tempura, Gyoza, and Bulgogi Poutine Fries shared among three people. The food is a tad salty but the water refills are frequent. Evangilyn was our server and she was good.

Anytime a restaurant offers the Mentaiko Cream Udon, I have to try it and I loved it here! It was super creamy and flavorful. The chirashi bowl was good, but I noticed that the rice was seasoned like Korean Kimbap rice, not sushi rice, which I prefer. We also got the chicken karagge on the side which was also very good. The staff was very nice and each table comes with these princess wands that you're supposed to wave for the server's attention which I thought was super cute. This place is located inside the Source, in the corner.

Got some Sushimi 2Pc for $13. Yakitori platter was okay. It came with 2 skewers of chicken, 2 pieces of pork, 1 meatball, 2 chicken wings and only 1 meat skewer. The platter doesn’t really include anything other than what is mentioned. My bill was about $101 for two people and the service was meh.
