Well I needed a quick bite and I know it's a chain and still change will vary from location to location. This one in Anaheim was just lovely. They were very friendly. I was very happy to find out that they had a chicken teriyaki bowl which was light enough after doing like 6 mi on my feet at the Wonder Con so I would give them a big A plus. And you know if I'm in Anaheim again and I need Jack in the box that's where I'll go

In my opinion, this has been the best Jack in the Box I've been to. It's quick and easy. My order was delicious and I was expecting it to be just fast food good. EVERYTHING was FRESH and best of all the curly fries were SUPER CRISPY. When I get Jack in the Box I must admit I'm not expecting the best of food. I'm not trying to be a snob, but the attitude towards the franchise comes with years of going to these restaurants. This place actually gave me a craving for jack in the box and not just," I'll pick up something to eat real quick." Coming here was a happy accident. Staff was great and happy to help. I don't know when I'll come back but I know where to go now when i want Jack in the Box.

Idiot employees, 2nd time this month getting my order wrong. Paid for curly fries and ended up with regular fries. At this point, not even worth going back to get my fries. Idiots will be idiots.

Sunday at 10:30 am, I was the the drive thru window on my phone. I could tell the lady working the window was mad I was on my phone. I guess we should sit there and watch these people work? Anyway, she took my card and hung on to it after handing me my iced coffee. Then she took extra long grabbing my food, all while my card was still in machine. I knew she was being a you know what on purpose. All because I was texting while waiting. She handed me all my food then slowly grabbed my card and handed it to me. She probably hoped I would drive off without it. when I got home of course no condiments nor straw were in my bag. Even though she asked me at the com if I wanted hot sauce and I was the only one at the drive thru. My order was four small tacos, how do you “Jack” that up unless intentional.? She clearly hated me and couldn’t hide it. I would give her zero stars. Jacks food is fine.

This shit hole is a complete dump! I order bacon and cheddar potato wedges and the payaso working the drive thru tells me " we don't have potato wedges" just my luck! I hope this place gets robbed soon! And they shut it down! Talk about the customer NOT being right!!
