In this restaurant, they have a very bad service, they don't want to accept the coupons, then they find out that the computer doesn't take the coupon and they think they talk to him tomorrow and if he doesn't answer, then they send coupons if in the end they don't want to take the coupons.

My local jack in the box, on occasion they get the order wrong, or forget something, but generally they're alright. They tend to always ask cars to pull up to the front of the store since there can be a wait for items at times, even for smaller orders, which can be annoying.

Went here for breakfast specifically for mini pancakes for my kids just to be told they no longer carry them (even though they are still listed online) and they are discontinuing them. Ordered 1 sausage jack for me still but had to go somewhere else for the kids breakfast. Staff was ok nothing amazing nothing to complain about.

Marcela is definitely one of the best workers at this location. she is so friendly, took my friends and I order and even had time to clean the lobby.i will definitely come back hope to see her there.
