My daughter ordered her sandwich from the app she wanted her free chips and drink-I went down there 10 minutes late - I ordered another sandwich in person was ready in under 5 minutes - but the one ordered on the app took 30 minutes and said it would be ready in 10 - even though they Knew I was waiting- the staff didn’t even care - worst customer service ever- Now the sandwich I ordered was supposed to be hot and it’s cold- updating review they reached out and apologized-

Guys working at night have terrible attitudes. They messed up my order. And added jalapeños which I didn't ask for.

I had a bad experience with this particular Jersey Mikes in Buena Park. Firstly, they put your food directly on their dirty tables. No wax paper/no foil/nothing under your food. Just their dirty table and the food you will soon eat. Secondly, I let the guy know it’s a vegetarian sandwich. He told his coworker too. She continued touching cold meat and then the vegetarian sandwich. I had to tell her to change gloves. Anyhow, by that time I totally lost my appetite and gave away the sandwich I paid for. These are basic things all people who deal with food should be trained on.

The worst sub I have ever had. What a waste of $20. Not worth that amount. Wish I had gone to subway as it would not have been any better but would have been a lot cheaper.

Parking: Parking lot in the front is usually very busy and full in the afternoon.l, many of the spots are for take out or pick up only. Parking lot in the rear usually has spaces available.

Shout out to the employee here with 2 different size gauges. Made sure I had absolutely everything I needed and was friendly and cool about it. Gave me samples of the pepper relish I didn’t ask for (which is my new favorite) and I witnessed them care for other customers and their needs in a way that really stood out at a Jersey Mikes. Carried themselves very cool, calm, and confident as well. Highly recommend keeping and promoting this person, JM.

Two stars only because I love Jersey Mikes, the staff gave the wrong order and the lady couldn’t refund the money over the phone I had to drive for another store to get another sub, it was a nightmare

Better than Subway by a long mile. Mike's way all the way. Nuff said.

Always a good sandwich ? / Our sandwich tech was in a bad mood ? / We ordered a large and he left the end of the sandwich bare ?‍? / You should try bagging the bread and not leaving it in open air which tends to get the ends kind of hard ? / Come on by for a bite and remember to get it your way ?

The girl that made my sub was awesome they are always awesome here they go the extra mile. Subway sucks.I love Jersey Mike's because they have the meat cutting machine and they actually use it Subway has one but it's just there for looks. Go Jersey Mike's. ???
