Absolutely loved my visit to Jin Cook!
Every dish we ordered hit the spot, from presentation to flavor. The braised short rib was fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with rich, savory goodness. The jalapeño cheese katsu curry was bomb,crispy cutlet with gooey cheese and just the right kick of spice. And the bulgogi pancake? Crispy on the edges, loaded with sweet, marinated bulgogi, and totally addicting.
