So ahh never coming back + it’s $20 for a burger smaller than a mcchicken and also there are rats in the kitchen I saw them and there is so many health hazards with how your food is made never come back unless you want food poisoning

The food was Alr but the PRICE is the real problem. Tell me why it was $20 for a completely plain hamburger. Mind you it wasn’t even that good. It took so long for the food to come even though we only ordered three plain hamburgers. Also there was no seating and we had to walk around the place aimlessly for so long. If ur at knotts might as well just starve and then get in n out after.

i ordered a cheeseburger and it took them an hour to get it and all my friends got food before me and i ordered first and i asked about the food and they said it will come soon and i spent 18 for nothing because i left the restraint to go on rides and i got scammed.

Waited 55 mins for a single burger, which was apparently sitting undelivered for “5 minutes.” Very small plate of fries after I asked the status of my order.

When to Johnny Rockets inside Knott's Berry Farm and let me tell you it's not worth it! Save your money! Tables we dirty upon finding a table with trash left on it. The food portion for $62.00 was very little and again not worth it. I well not eat here again. Small plate of fries and the hamburger looked like. Kids happy meal.

Whilst the employees and the place was nice, the food was not. i bought 2 burgers and drinks for $55. the food was cold and stiff. i don’t recommend spending so much for these. try the pizza spot instead

I believe this Johnny Rockets is only open on the weekends and holidays. We went on a holiday to Knott’s and decided to eat here for lunch. There was a descent size line to order. It’s not a sit down restaurant anymore, you order as you get to the register in line. Then you find your own seat, you get a number card and the server brings your food. The restaurant was clean, servers and cashier were nice. The food was good! Next time I’ll have to try their milk shakes!

Went as a group of 3 and placed our order at 11:29pm, but we didn't get our food until 12:27am. Almost an hour wait for food and that's not considering the wait time to get a table which was around 40 minutes. We noticed that other guests who arrived later than us got their food before us. Once our food actually arrived the waiter accidently slipped the burger off the plate and onto the table and pretended like nothing happened after putting it back on the plate. The order was also wrong for one of us, they did offer to make a new one but we didn't want to wait more. The burgers itself weren't as great compared to other johnny rockets. The only reason we even managed to get our food is because another waiter noticed we were there for a long time and asked us about our order and only than did we actually get our food delivered.

Twice the price for half the burger. Fries were good. Got the spicy houston butmrger and though it tastes okay, the sheer size of it is comical. I went through it in about 7 bites.

Food is overpriced for what you get. My Family ordered food… the fries weren’t really warm nor crisp. The kids chicken tenders were lukewarm and dry. And by dry, it was like biting into cardboard.
We asked to make the fries a smidge crispier and it appeared they just reheated them in the microwave.
Multiple employees behind the counter standing around making jokes instead of being professional and ensuring food is being cooked properly.
I won’t ever come back to this establishment. I caution others. Save your money. Bring your own food or choose a different place to eat at Knott’s berry farm.

Johnny Rockets is a fairly good place to eat. Although the wait times to get your food is absurd, as it makes you feel like you got scammed.
If the review allowed me to put as “zero” star ⭐️ I would definitely had done so. The front cashier person old lady Kelly was just straight out rude to people and should be retired. You worked in the service industry and had zero skill on how to talk to people. I would never took my family back here for slowest service and cold burger patties for theme park food. Their computer broken down was one thing, but the cashier person Kelly did not bother to inform any other customers who were also waited in line, and rudely tried to tell us when we asked for BBQ sauce during ordering for kids’ meal chicken tender. She insisted in her big head that I interrupted her cause she said just the food server who brought food to table would do so…”not her”. Anyway, if you wanted to be treated like nobody from cashier Kelly and cold burger, then this would be the right place for u. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
