Avoid this place! My family ordered a meal and it took almost an hour to get our food. But here is the catch, they brought out one person’s meal at a time, every 15 minutes. When my burger came out, it was wrong. And this was on a slow midweek night. So disorganized.

Rude employees, slow service. This place could use better, more involved management. Guy at the front desk was rude and seemed like he would rather be somewhere else.The shakes are good, but if there was another place nearby. I'd go there instead.

This Johnny Rockets is located inside Knotts. Unfortunately, they weren't accepting Knotts meal plan. How could they be inside Knotts and not accept the meal plan? The burgers were smallish in size, and the fries were generic (probably from out of a bag). Once seated, the wait for the food was long. Although, the wait in line to order wasn't so bad. We will most likely not eat here again. We purchased a meal plan. So in the future, we'll only eat at locations where the plan is accepted. I know the burger spot at the Camp Snoopy location accepts the meal plan, and they have burger sized burgers. Johnny Rockets was a disappointment. Oh.. the food is pricey as well.

Honestly was a horrible night, food was expensive and took 55 minutes to get out despite it not having that many people - they were uber understaffed. They ended up getting my order wrong. WAY too many children screaming and the music was also too loud and blasting which absolutely did not help.

Vegas or Buena Park, either place has awful French fries. Horribly overpriced and usually cold and stale fries, burger is okay. I hate that we're here but a fam likes it. The bathroom is not good.Parking: A twenty and a five to walk plus park entrance.

Waited 50 minutes for our food and they still missed 2 orders of fries. Had to wait another 10 minutes for it. Our burgers were done before our fries made it to the table.
