Very authentic Korean food, so glad Yelp pointed us in the right direction. Craving for some bossom and this place had some good menu items, ordered bossom of course, kimchi stew and seafood pancake, all very good, the banchan was excellent! The service was so friendly and they all speak English. Next time I'm going to try the jokbal for sure. Great first impression and we can't wait to come back for some more delicious Korean food.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I loved this place, would visit couple times with friends and family during weekends. Taste and service was great. Now for some reason, the food doesn't taste as good as before. Banchan was still good. Me and my friends ordered bossam and galbi. Bossam wasn't as fresh as it used to be. It tasted very old, had funky smell to it. Galbi overdone and tasted like k-market galbi in my opinion. Would get better quality galbi at the market to be very honest. Restroom was dirty and had a urine smell. I won't come back to this place anymore due to change in the quality of food. Will be going to Mindeulle next door.

I came here around chuseok in Fall 2023. This is a small family run Korean restaurant but cute inside. Food is delicious too. Lots of my family got the galbi jjim and thought it was great; I would order this if I came back. The staff was also very patient even though my group had many young children. Thanks Kkanbu!

Wanted to try a new Korean place and this place did not disappoint. The bonchan was so fresh, clean, and flavorful. The kimchee tasted like they just marinated it as it was light, yet still had a nice crunch. We had the bossam combo and will say this was one of the cleanest best tasting bossams I've had. A clear replacement from the far drive to LA Ktown for authentic bossam. And the soy bean stew that came with it was also delicious. My fiancé got the galbi and cold noodle combo which the galbi was perfectly seasoned and grilled. But the start of the combo was the cold noodles. She devoured it and commented how chewy the noodles were. Finally, we got the seafood pancakes, which we definitely did not need as there was a lot of food already. The pancake was filled with seafood (squid) and veggies. Overall this was one of best find for a Korean restaurant in the OC and saves us those long drives to LA.

Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon. The restaurant was not crowded and my friend and I was seated right away. I heard this place was very good so we went to try. We ordered Seollung-tang and Galbi-tang...and the food was not good. The beef short rib and soup had an off taste and smell. Service was not attentive, the waitress never came back to check on us or even refilled water for us. I will not be returning.
I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews, but I was sorely disappointed. The staff was rude and inattentive. We had to wait for ages to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly cooked. It's definitely not worth the price. Also, the tables were dirty, spoons were sticky, and there was a weird smell in the air. I couldn't bring myself to eat anything, and I definitely won't be returning.

We ordered Bosam, Galbi, Cold Noodles, and Grilled Yellow Fish. And wow!!! All of the dishes are really good. The ajummas there are so nice and their service is also great. Last but not least, their price is reasonable but the potions are huge. Definitely will come back soon!
