I was the first one in the door at 9:30 a m. The Counter Lady was friendly and helpful.
I purchased two different boysenberry desserts and ate them nearby.
The treats were great. The store was great.

Im not one to leave bad reviews. But I think itâs important that everyone checks their receipts before leaving. I went in june 16, my receipt states 7:16 pm. I order a boysenberry sugar cookie, a cookie shaped like snoopy and a snickerdoodle cookie, I also ordered a boysenberry cheesecake and a fruit mix tart. Somehow my receipts states I ordered an extra sugar cookie and something called a snoopy doghouse. Iâve tried to call to fix the issue but I canât even leave a voicemail. I live far and donât go often. I know that when I do go and take the receipt itâll be to âlongâ. This makes me so sad, I buy from this bakery all the time and yes they desserts are delicious but if they are overcharging customers, in hopes they wonât notice, thatâs not okay.

Just bought a cake asked the server what was inside she said venella cake with strawberries, turns out it was strawberry cake with whip cream frosting. Not what I wanted to spend my $35 dollars on. You should at least know your products in sales.

I love this bakery and have since I was a kid. Their baked items are consistently delicious although just like everything else their prices have gone up. With that being said I still love their cupcakes, danishes, cookies and pies. An all american bakery that delivers on taste.

I've been eating Boysenberry pies from knotts mose of my 74 years of my life. So my son just got me a two pie for my birthday
and I have to say it was my last one from Knotts . It hass more crust than Boysenberry. you can tell that the its now run by a corporation and not the family.

I recently visited Knott's Berry Farm Bakery with high expectations, especially for their boysenberry-themed pastries. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming.
The croissant roll, advertised as being stuffed with boysenberry custard, contained only a small dab of custard on the top, rather than being fully stuffed as described. Similarly, the boysenberry tart lacked any custard at the bottom or elsewhere, making it less flavorful than anticipated. This was surprising, considering that other offerings like the mixed fruit tart and strawberry tart both featured a generous amount of custard. What you do get is a ginormous scoop of boysenberry jam just a big pile of jam on your tart.
Given Knott's Berry Farm's reputation for boysenberry treats, I expected more consistency and richness in these pastries. The minimal filling in the croissant roll and the absence of custard in the boysenberry tart were disappointing. I hope the bakery considers enhancing the quality and accuracy of their boysenberry items to better align with customer expectations.

I love the chocolate chip cookie with the pieces of brownie on top, never a disappointment. However, the cinnamon roll is another story. It was so dry and had no flavor, very disappointing.

Knott's Berry farm just engaged in an outrageous price hike... They have lost my business.... They would sell chocolate chip cookies for $3 a piece which was a very fair price.... There seemed to be no sales tax either..... So I would stop in and get cookies for $3 a piece which was very nice..
Suddenly today, they have raised the price a dollar a cookie and they are charging sales tax now... So five cookies for my family which would have cost $15 now suddenly cost $21.55.... Outrageous...... Not coming back after so many years....... They must think they're Disneyland or something...... Pisses me off!

Outside of Knott's Berry Farm, this bakery is a gem. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, with friendly and helpful customer service. I ordered a whole boysenberry pie to go along with some cookies, and both were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend stopping by this bakery for a delightful treat experience.
