Best Ramen ever! The broth is thick and very tasty almost like coconut flavor I cannot find a broth like this anywhere else! It is just my favorite! Please go try it!

I have been sitting outside waiting for over 30 minutes and they are still closed. It is now 1:34pm and they are supposed to be open at 11:00am. When they are actually open the food is delicious and the service is also good.

Be aware!! All food from this restaurant is frozen food from Costco and Walmart, they serve frozen dumplings, frozen shrimp pasta, and instant rice

I'd leave 0 stars if I could ! This place says it's open but I went a few days ago thinking it was open cause of YELP it was closed! So me and my bf left really disappointed.l We we're trying to go today since it says on Yelp that is open but we keep calling and calling and It goes straight to voicemail so my guess it's closed again!! You guys should update your hours ! At least let us know when you're open and you're not ! This is ridiculous!!

I had a tonkotsu ramen here and it was delicious! They had a good menu with different selections of sushi, etc. I went around 12pm on a Saturday and it was pretty empty which was nice. The server was very courteous and checked up on us every so often. I really liked my experience here. Try this place out!

We used to be here a lot before the pandemic, the food was great and the menu is authentic Japanese. Today coming again after a long time, not sure if the ownership changed or what, their menu changed, added a lot of non-authentic and traditional japanese items like sushi rolls and stuff like that. Still tried to order the old items like tonkatsu and ramen, food quality is way worse than before. Feels like a street pick up cheap japanese food than an authentic japanese restaurant, very disappointed although the service is fine. Will not come back again until they serve authentic high quality japanese food.
two days ago was our first time we visited this place. But It is obviously not the last time. We had great time with the efficient service, with the finest food and fine drinks and with the friendly pay. We will definitely go back there soon.

I visit this spot a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their service is always excellent and they keep the spot well kept constantly. Pricing is fair and they serve large portions.

The ramen was ok. A little too salty and it could have had a little more noodles in it. The bigger issue was the gangster rap blasting. Probably because the 2 waitresses were in there late teens or something. I understand they might like that kind of stuff, women degrading, every other word is an N word etc. I do not appreciate that especially that loud. The restaurant feels more like some club not an eatery.

Today was Kopan’s second chance for my business. It is really unfortunate because they do have great food.The welcoming service was far from welcoming. It took over 15 minutes to get straws. The female server clearly didn’t have it together. (She messed up my order BIG TIME last month...that’s why I’m saying that this is their second chance shot!)The male server that took over was much better. It was sad that he served the sushi and I had to ask for chopsticks, napkins, and plates. He was very apologetic about it...not his fault, since he was just taking over.I highly doubt that I would be returning here. Like I stated earlier, the food is great. Last time, I ordered ramen and it was excellent! This time I ordered specialty rolls and it was buy one get one half off.The service would have to be consistent with all of their servers.By the way, if you’re wondering what happened last month, the same young lady gave away my to-go order and I ended up waiting there for over an hour and a half!!! The wait time that I was initially promised was 30 minutes. AND she didn’t bother telling me that she gave away my order and it had to be remade!!! Another worker had to come and apologize for her mistake...awful! Just awful!
