First time visit. Went with Korean friend. We had one of their set meals. Per friend, the food was more traditional than other Korean restaurants. It was good but I was not used to some of the flavors. The restaurant was very clean and decor was beautiful. Service was excellent though my friend did all the talking in Korean. With tip, total was -$180 for two and we did not have any alcohol.

I went with an American friend last weekend, and the side dish included japchae (spicy braised tofu), which was difficult for my friend to eat, and it didn't suit my taste. I only ate meat, but the portion size was small, which was disappointing. I frequent this restaurant often, but this time I was very disappointed. If I were to change the side dishes to cut costs, I think it would have been better if vegetable ssam had been served instead of the side dish.

Have heard mixed reviews about this place so did not go in with high expectations but was very surprised. Food was great and the service especially was top tier. Ordered multiple entrees and enjoyed them all. Would definitely come back.

Went on Christmas Eve and the place is very large and feels like a club! We had our own private room which was very large and comfortable. Christmas music was playing and you could hear other patrons socializing kinda like at a karaoke bar, but it felt like a festive holiday party so it didn’t feel intrusive or distracting :-)The food was excellent and the beef was so good I had to order some more to take home with me. The banchans at first looked in the small side, but they just packed them on the plates densely so it was a good amount. Also I judge a place by its kimchi and some places tend to make it way too spicey (I like spice btw) but it was a great blend of spicey and pickled (I love pickles so that’s why I think I love kimchi).Kid-friendliness: There’s not a play place obviously but it’s a family friendly environment and well behaved kids are never an issue in any establishment hahaWheelchair accessibility: I would say the table I was at was accessible from the parking lot without any steps and plenty of space .

I rarely do leave a bad reviews. But here is extremely too difficult to make a reservation. They do NOT accept a phone call or online reservation and available cell phone text message only. The worst thing is that employee who receiving text message is very unfriend and arrogant.

Very nice traditional place. We were debating on the eel but ended up with the course meal. In my opinion the course meal is fun but really not worth $65. It’s nice if you haven’t experienced it but most of the courses are tiny and not that tasty, feel like the small pancakes have the color but not the flavor, and quite empty and pasty and floury. Be cheap but not for such small portion sand high end pricing. There were 2 porridges which I thought was overkill and kill with the carbs attack. The beef is Stewy if you like that soft steamed fatty meat. I prefer grill. And raw slices were so tiny it’s hard to enjoy but flavor felt bland. The raw beef again was about a spoon size. It’s ok but nothing to drop dead for a spoon for. The 1st platter of veggies you wrap like a taco is a creative idea and mix of nice veggies but really so little. I think it equates to 2-3 banchan which aren’t that expensive a mushroom, sprouts, carrots, I mean you can be a little more generous here. The soup at the end is so so denjang. Big tofus no meat. 4 raw shrimps at the end is probably their star. Desert is some cheesecake homemade but it’s not too good. And then sugary drink way too sweet. $65 per person.
