This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Buena Park Source! Always a winner for food and service! Wide range of choices. Tonight I had the whole, deep fried tilapia. It was delicious with the pico de gallo and the vegetables and sauce under the fish!Parking: Usually there are plenty of parking spaces throughout the free parking garage, but depending on the day and time sometimes finding parking near the area of the Source you want to go to can be difficult.

La Huasteca was a nice place to have a craving of cochinita pibil. We enjoyed having quesobirria tacos as well. We really enjoyed the Hacienda style setting. The service was great. This place will be perfect for when we we want to go to a bar and have great food. La Huasteca is located on the 4th floor in the Source shopping center on Beach and Orangethorpe. Plenty of parking in the structure free of charge. We coming to try the mimosas soon. Tell Andrey we said hello if get him. Please like the photos if you enjoyed them.

They have options for vegetarian meals as well.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options on the menu are a little hard to find because they are mixed in with all the other options, but the wait staff is really helpful. My coworker loved her vegetarian burrito.

Picked this place cuz they have an early HH and we were in the area to see Medieval Times. They are on the upper level of the mall, so just go up to the top and you can find them. Sat on the patio which was very pleasant (though a bit cold - it was mid-Jan. They have heaters, we just didn’t bother).Food was all good! We ordered drinks and food, mostly from the HH menu, natch. He had the corn soup (crema de elote), I had a calamity (not fried) taco, a fried got the guacamole and our other friend an off-HH taco (I honestly forget which). No one had a single complaint. The chips were good, and their salsa was good enough we asked for more.We weren’t eating much cuz dinner was only an hour away. Service attentive, atmosphere nice - if we’re ever in the area again, we’ll be back! If you live nearby - this is not your average mall food- it’s really good!

The asada tacos were good and the carnitas tacos were okay. The ceviche was delicious with mango and pickled habanero chunks ?. I didn’t feel the heat but I did taste the flavor. I also couldn’t get enough of their salsa and chips. Both salsas were roasted but the green salsa was spicier. It’s located on the 3rd floor of the plaza and I recommend giving it a try.
