We really wanted to like this place. The asada fries are mediocre. Not bad, but not good either. They need different style of fries and the flavor is all wrong. These are like In-n-out burgers fries with meat, sour cream, and cheese. They have an opportunity to provide delicious Mexican food from the surrounding areas but instead opt for theme park level ingredients. I'm sure that you can find an Alberto's or Tacos Mexico down the street that offers significantly better food. Knott's, you can do better
