We really wanted to like this place. The asada fries are mediocre. Not bad, but not good either. They need different style of fries and the flavor is all wrong. These are like In-n-out burgers fries with meat, sour cream, and cheese. They have an opportunity to provide delicious Mexican food from the surrounding areas but instead opt for theme park level ingredients. I'm sure that you can find an Alberto's or Tacos Mexico down the street that offers significantly better...
5 stars for the delicious carne asada fries, which is a huge portion! 3 stars for the staff who seem disinterested in moving any faster then a snail's pace. I was there on a not very crowded day and waited about 10 minutes after I placed more order to get the food. If you're in the mood for some fries, go here for sure but be prepared to wait.
