La Real Michoacana Artisan Ice Cream

It was the best place I'd ever had strawberries and cream, but lately they've even thrown out damaged strawberries. The taste of biting into a damaged strawberry is horrible.

Terrible service, I went shopping at night, I stood in line for 15 minutes, they took my order and then it took approximately 35 minutes to deliver me 2 crepes. Does it really take that long to make an omelette full of strawberries? Terrible service, the girls who work here do everything reluctantly, with a bad attitude, terrible attention, they don't care that customers leave because they wait so long.

I got a mixed fruit salad that had spoiled watermelon! Not to mention the long line and shitty customer service! This place sucks! First and last time!

We ordered the Piña Colada drink, Pepino lime drink, mango ice cream, and coconut ice cream. The sweetness was just right, and the coconut was creamy. Definitely a must-try!

I usually go to this Michoacana even though I live 20 mins away from it it’s my fav when it comes to getting ice cream. Today I went in and there were 2 girls working the one with glasses and the other girl with red sweater they were super rude talking about how tired they were and that they want to start cleaning early to so people can leave faster the girl with the glasses was rubbing her eyes with no gloves and still went and got her hands on the ice cream?

I will only give 1 per pallasos, I wanted 3 snowballs of different flavors in a glass but they told me no, it is not possible but if I buy a cone there it is possible and then a banana smoothie they cannot do it and in their menu they design banana smoothie thank you they lost a customer ?and for a crepe I have to wait more than 20 minutes terrible service

This place’s gets busy they have more workers but they don’t help they only standing they need to be a team work very bad service
