La Real Michoacana Artisan Ice Cream

Came in for some antojitos, and waited almost ten minutes with no help. There was only one other customer in the store. There is no menu in the store and no prices listed for anything. The staff was not welcoming at all, and honestly looked quite annoyed I walked in.

Everything looked delicious- the ice cream looked creamy, and the agua frescas looked so refreshing, but I guess I'll never know :(

A few problems, first, they had a billboard on the front of a fruit and yogurt cup that they don't carry, second the mango ice cream tasted very artificial and overly sweet, and third and probably the worst part is the poor service, the lady was either in a bad mood or in a hurry, and don't expect a smile.

Green Juice was horrible, and that cost 7 dollars 😵‍💫? . The ladies there are too slow to get the orders done.

It was the best place I'd ever had strawberries and cream, but lately they've even thrown out damaged strawberries. The taste of biting into a damaged strawberry is horrible.

Terrible service, I went shopping at night, I stood in line for 15 minutes, they took my order and then it took approximately 35 minutes to deliver me 2 crepes. Does it really take that long to make an omelette full of strawberries? Terrible service, the girls who work here do everything reluctantly, with a bad attitude, terrible attention, they don't care that customers leave because they wait so long.

I got a mixed fruit salad that had spoiled watermelon! Not to mention the long line and shitty customer service! This place sucks! First and last time!

We ordered the Piña Colada drink, Pepino lime drink, mango ice cream, and coconut ice cream. The sweetness was just right, and the coconut was creamy. Definitely a must-try!

I usually go to this Michoacana even though I live 20 mins away from it it’s my fav when it comes to getting ice cream. Today I went in and there were 2 girls working the one with glasses and the other girl with red sweater they were super rude talking about how tired they were and that they want to start cleaning early to so people can leave faster the girl with the glasses was rubbing her eyes with no gloves and still went and got her hands on the ice cream?
