They're not always the nicest people working there, and I've had black plastic stuck to my bread sticks that I almost ate/choked on.

I ordered two pizzas through the portal, and when I got home, the boxes smelled sour and rank. When I spoke to an employee about it, she dismissed my concern, saying there was nothing she could do because she couldn’t smell it over the pizza cooking in the store.

Serving food in unsanitary or spoiled packaging and dismissing legitimate concerns is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location — it felt careless and disrespectful, and corporate should address these practices.

This location has gone really down hill since I’ve been coming here , service is really bad , the wait time from the portal is super inaccurate , It’s the closest location to me which sucks due to the convinience factor . They don’t even offer you napkins , nothing , stay away from this one .

Placed an order through the app (first time customer at this location on Dale in Buena Park) and this will be my last. Ordered the fantastic 4 pizza which is advertised as 2 slices of cheese,cheese and pepperoni, 2 sausage and bacon and jalapeños and pepperoni. What I received was one slice of sausage and 3 cheese slices. The second pizza ordered was sausage and pineapple. All the topping were in the center of the pizza with only cheese from the crust to the toppings with a 3-4” of just cheese. Talk about skimping with ingredients. I called the phone number listed on the website only to be transferred to a “central call center that we cannot disclose” and a thick East Indian accent customer service representative reluctantly answered my call. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for a few minutes only to be told that the store did not answer the call and the only option he has left is to call back one more time and request a call back. He did advise I can go back to the store…(more gas and time) to speak to the manager after they already screwed up our dinner to resolve the issue. He stated that he cannot guarantee I receive a phone call back from this establishment. I replied back I will request a refund through my credit card company and contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and you can let the company know I will file a formal complaint. After seeing all the negative reviews with this location, I should have done more research initially before letting my appetite make the ultimate bad decision. If anyone reads this and decides to order from this establishment, check your pizza before you depart from there or you will be pissing in the wind trying to rectify an issue by requesting to speak to the management.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Little Caesars location. I originally placed an order, but before it was finalized, I told the employee I wanted to change it. Instead of canceling or updating the order, they misunderstood and just replaced it without confirming anything with me—then proceeded to charge me after making me wait 18 minutes.

On top of that, I had to repeat my order four times, didn’t get a receipt, and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes in-store for a simple pizza. Absolutely disorganized and unprofessional. If you’re on a schedule, avoid this place. Came here at 10:01 pm left at 10:35pm 8/3/25. Train your employees for the love of god! If I could leave zero stars, I would

Workers are rude and not polite. They serve cold food, even if I asked to wait to get fresh food I’ll kindly wait 15 to 20 minutes and they still give cold food on purpose because they don’t like when people ask to wait for fresh food.

Horrible customer appreciation, that act like we are a bother to them. Waited 10 minutes aa they walked pass and not acknowledged us. I had to yell “excuse me” and when i asked “is it common to not acknowledge customers” the gentleman said “hold on” and went back to packing pizza’s. I asked the manager, he said my online order would in pod yet it was sitting right behind him the whole time. Unacceptable and not even a sorry, basic professionalism. Little ceasers please teach the team customer service that little bit goes along ways.
