EVERY TIME this location is ALWAYS late! So much so I have to order my pizza at least 15min to 30min early in order to have it by the rime I need it. Because I know it's going to be late.
This last time it was 20min late. I put my code in and the food wasn't even in the locker even though it said it was! My food wasn't even ready even though the app said it was.
The wings at this location are always smaller than the other Little Cesar's.
When I want my food to be on time, correct, and have normal sized wings I have to drive miles out of my way to another Little Cesar's in Long Beach.
I only go to this one close to my home when I absolutely have to. And EVERY TIME is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
I shouldn't have to order my food extra early in hopes to get it at the time I want because they are ALWAYS LATE!!! And pay attention to how small the wings are compared to other Little Cesar's.

The hours said it closes at 11 pm, but I arrived six minutes early and it was already closed. When I parked, there was an employee who hid as soon as he saw me get out of the car, I imagine to make it seem like no one was there. Very bad service.

They messed up my order. I called to ask for a refund and the guy that answered was great. He apologized offered to remake our pizza but we were tired so he just refunded that pizza. Super professional.

Ordered pizza on a busy Friday night, and unfortunately, the order was wrong. I called and spoke with Eric, who apologized and said they would replace the order. He told me to come in another time to make it right.
I called again on Monday to confirm, and was told it was fine to come in for the replacement. But when I showed up, the staff acted completely clueless and had no idea what I was talking about and acted like I was lying.. but did have a order under my name. (I just called)
After that I said nevermind and walked out. Please do better with training and hiring.

Zero stars if possible, we arrived attempted to place an order for the hot amd ready pizzas. Cashiers reply was no matter what you order it will be 45 minutes to an hour with only two customers inside waiting for their orders. We just walked out.

Unhappy because this location pizza is always good. Placed a phone order and was told my order would be ready at 5:40. I get inside it's a mad house and one girl working the register on a busy Friday where everyone and their Mama is ordering pizza. I'm standing in line getting frustrated because people walking in the store have no manners and cut in front of everyone to ask for their order. I finally was gonna pay and it's 5:40 and I asked the lady if my order was ready and she said no. I asked how long the wait was and she said I don't know. What bothers me is the gentleman who walked in way after me asked the employee she stated 10 minutes. Very frustrated Iwalked out . SMH hire more employees
I ordered two fantastic four pizzas and a two liter on the app. When picking up my order the store was out of two liter sodas. The manager insisted that I take only two 20oz sodas in comparison. As you know there are 67 ounces in a 2 liter. I asked the manager to give me another 20z soda but she refused multiple times. Even if I received another soda the total ounces would have been 60oz. I asked her for a discount also or another way to compensate my order and she refused. She stated it was not her fault they were out of soda. She even made it seem like a big inconvenience to cancel the transaction.
