Main St. Pho & Grill

The short ribs were so tender and juicy. The chef came out of the kitchen to check in on us too. We were able to order promptly via text phone but staff still came to our table to verify our order. Definitely suggest you try this place.

I had a great experience with the service. George was great and detailed and explained the menu perfectly it made ordering simple. The food came out fast and hot. The flavor of the Phò and Vermicelli with a ribs was delicious! The spring rolls were also fresh. Thanks again, I'll be back! ;)

Super small portion for pho, the meat was tough to chew, shrimp in my shrimp fried rice was super hard to chew too w/o taste. Overall an unpleasant experience.

I came here for a quick lunch while visiting the source mall. It was my first time trying it and was just okay. They didn't have a bunch of stuff on the menu so we opted to try the banh mi sandwiches. It was pretty good but not great. We unfortunately had to send back our drinking glasses 2 seperate times because they all had lipstick stains. So be careful and check the plates, glasses and silverware before eating.

Ordered taro tacos to go. Box not properly closed. Was all over the plastic bag. Inedible. Called the restaurant several times no one picks up. Worst experience.

Waited for 15 minutes to get my order taken…no one came. Not busy. 1 server and 4 other employees standing around and chatting (they looked like servers). I didn’t even get a glass of water?? So I left, went upstairs to Mao which was delicious. I got better service at a food court then this place.Edit: I just read the reviews on this place. How is it still here at The Source?? My stomach is full but my tongue is starving.Compared to other Vietnamese Pho places in America, the soup broth here was incredibly bland for us. The steak was advertised as rare but came well done and rock hard... The noodles were nearly al dente and that word doesn't even come from the same continent as Vietnam.If they focus on increasing their broth authenticity I'd give it another try but for now I'm not coming back personally.(The service team was good though.)

The meal was great for the price.It was nice that the serving staff kept caring and made me feel like I was treated every time I went.

Dined here on 12/5 for dinner. This was our first time eating here and my wife and I opted for multiple appetizers. Of all the ones we tried the Taro Tacos were the best. We had the pork and beef tacos and we'd definitely get them again. Also, our server Christina was great as was the rest of the staff. Worth giving this place a try.

Food was good, but unfortunately the place is understaffed and service was quite poor. Seemed like most of the servers were new or undertrained.

Pho to me is superb when the meat slices are still red and raw, which then would be cooked by the hot broth. Here, the meat slices are already cooked, so it was okay. Broth was also not that special.Chicken in skewers while tasty, were kinda dry.Service was good tho.

My experience seems to differ from most people here. I came in here expecting nothing and tried the beef pho in small.The broth was flavorful, the soup wasn't boiling bor but just rightfully warm, and the meat was pretty savory with hoison sauce and Sriracha.Might also mention that the cute waitress was very gentle, attentive, and polite?Would definitely come back again.

The pho is at most edible. The menu is very confusing and brisket is written as steak fro some reason. Red rice is a just unseasoned chicken with rice that's red and unsavory. The pho had very low quality meat and the soup lacked depth.The atmosphere was quite awkward, with tables few and far between and barely anyone even thought the mall's popping. We also asked for hot tea but got plain hot water and the server kept bringing what we got and kept not bringing what we needed and the chopsticks came later than the soup.They partially cleaned the table while we were waiting for the check, and left the towel they were using on the table. That's the picture. Clean completely if you're cleaning or don't clean at all?This place is quite chaotic and not recommended.

This is ours first time , great food loved pho and vegetables fried rice , especially service is superior , will come back ...

Took them 30+ min to make a bahn mi. Put cilantro in all of my food despite me asking for none ? way better food options exist in this mall.
