Got a plain cheeseburger and sm chocolate shake. The shake was 90% syrup. Got home attempting to fix it and after 3 lg scoops, it still sucks! How hard is it to make a shake?

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience really stood out in a bad way. I visited Buena Park McDonald’s recently, and while the food was standard and service time was okay, I was shocked to hear loud swearing and inappropriate conversations coming from the employees in the back. It was extremely unprofessional, especially in a family-friendly place where kids are present.
Everyone deserves to let off steam at work, but there’s a time and place—and loudly dropping F-bombs within earshot of customers is not it. I hope management addresses this, because it reflects poorly on the brand and the experience.

If you go in person and try to order, they make you use the kiosk or else you can't order. Plus they're frappe machine isn't working, 3rd location in a row I've went too where they're not doing frappes today. Why ask for a code? If you're only going to say we don't have that item? Get to work early and clean that frappe machine with yall lazy selves

The manager AJ is great, friendly and professional! I had an issue picking up a delivery order and he helped me immediately when the other employees were trying to turn me away.

What can I say, it's McDonalds. The service was subpar due to lack of enough employees. The food was McDonalds. Same everywhere you go.
Kid-friendliness: Have colors and books to keep the little ones entertained.

I don't regularly go to McDonald's, but when I crave some McNuggets, McMuffins, Big Macs, or Fries, I'll give myself a cheat day to enjoy.
This location hasn't disappointed me yet with the food or service. However, with all the electronic ordering these days, personnel service interaction is minimal. I always order through the mobile app and pick up at the counter. That lets me save time, double-check my order, and ask for extra condiments. Self-ordering kiosks also replace the cashier staff. It's cool but not cool. We're in the new age, I guess.
Another favorite is the Filet-O-Fish. I only get that during Lent season. IYKYK. The McRib is another guilty pleasure when it's on the menu, usually at the end of the year.
The mobile app also a great way to save, get rewards, and more!
