I don't regularly go to McDonald's, but when I crave some McNuggets, McMuffins, Big Macs, or Fries, I'll give myself a cheat day to enjoy.
This location hasn't disappointed me yet with the food or service. However, with all the electronic ordering these days, personnel service interaction is minimal. I always order through the mobile app and pick up at the counter. That lets me save time, double-check my order, and ask for extra condiments. Self-ordering kiosks also replace the cashier staff. It's cool but not cool. We're in the new age, I guess.
Another favorite is the Filet-O-Fish. I only get that during Lent season. IYKYK. The McRib is another guilty pleasure when it's on the menu, usually at the end of the year.
The mobile app also a great way to save, get rewards, and more!

The egg I received with my mcmuffin perfectly symbolized the employees attitude; ROTTEN. Not only did the lady that brough the food to our table give us attitude for not having a number plate despite non being available at the order kiosk, the egg my mcmuffin had on it was a deep black color.

Overall, a pretty blah experience. First time in a long time that I entered the dining area and ate inside with my family. Wait time to order was lengthy, ordering was quick but was packaged for a "to go" order. Later, we needed soda refills. Fountain drink dispenser was gross! The drain area was covered in plastic and looked dirty and moldy. I was also very surprised that we couldn't refill our own soda drinks! I had to walk to the counter, luckily there was no line, and ask for refills. The employee took our cups, threw them out and gave us new cups! What a waste of plastic. Overall, the employees seemed way overworked AND were DEFINITELY understaffed. Bathrooms were pretty dirty (probably due to understaffing), so wash your hands at home!!! It's too bad, this McD's was one of my favorites.
