Money robbed window slammed in my face. I came here 3 times asking for my money. She stole my money and my receipt and refuses to give it back. Called the police on this thief. Don't shop here they will steal money and run up your card. Got her face on video .

Rude girl taking orders said my code wasn’t working and I was basically out of luck paying with the app because their app wouldn’t change to a code that would work instead of the apparently invalid one it gave me as I pulled up to the window. Then instead of trying to help me or get a manager to figure it out rolled her eyes at me. I asked for said manager and she again told me I was out of luck after almost 20 minutes of asking me if I was trying to get points or use points after telling her several times I was trying to PAY with their app they told me oh well use a different card. I asked for other alternatives because I did need to use the card attached to my account the manager again said oh well pay with a different card. As people are struggling a lot right now with everything going on in this country and economy telling me to just pay with a different card is a little insane considering most people don’t have money just in different accounts and a bunch of their cards on them.

Went for lunch today. Sat in the right drive through while they took orders from 2 cars on the left. Either the speaker dont work or the person taking orders screwed up. So then I went inside to order. Didn't want to use the kiosk and the person at the register refused to take the order forcing me and another person to use the kiosk. When I paid I told her there were issues at the drive through. Didn't seem concerned. Waited at least 10 minutes for my food along with others. This McDonald's is not up to par. Ill go to the Orangethorpe location in La Palma from now on because Ive been dissapointed st the BP location before, getting old toys in Happy Meals
