The tall guy with yellow shirt was very rude. There was something wrong with my mobile order and they couldn’t find my order. I said that’s OK I’m gonna order here again and he wouldn’t take my order. Left me hanging there forever.

Iced tea. Please wash containers thoroughly each day. Not doing so leaves a build up of Tannic Acid and makes the tea taste funky. I bought 2 teas and had to throw both out

Worst McDonald's ever... Most of the keyosks we're not working and no one would take your order in person halfway through I gave up and ended up at in n out where they have humans actually taking your orders!

Just left this location. Staff is great service is good. Even when they have an ignorant as customer demanding them to have their stuff ready the instant it’s ordered &when it’s not the customer wants to negotiate getting more than what they paid. The staff definitely has patience.

While I very rarely eat at McDonald's (and only breakfast, at that), I found this location pleasantly appointed. Near Knotts Berry Farm, they have the size,cleanliness, and ambiance to handle the MASSIVE crowds that would pass through this touristy area.
I usually never write reviews, but I felt like I had to after this experience. My friends and I went to this McDonald’s to grab some food once Knotts Berry Farm Closed. and we were met with incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior.
As we approached the door, an employee possibly a manager or janitor yanked the door away from us and snapped, “McDonald’s is closed! Go away!” He then aggressively pointed at the window, emphasizing the closing time in a very obnoxious and unnecessary manner.
Look, I fully understand that McDonald’s was closed. We weren’t upset about that at all. But the way this person handled the situation was completely out of line. A simple, respectful “Sorry, we’re closed for the night” would’ve been more than enough.
The attitude and hostility we experienced left a really bad impression. If I could, I’d rate this location 0 stars.

Only eat here if you have like an hour to kill or can preorder ahead at least 20 mins early. I watched my food sit on the counter 10 minutes before they called my number. I've never seen McDonald's employees anywhere as casual and slow. Makes me wonder what the managers get outta having all the minor employees around tbh

I came here to pick up a delivery and the guys told me no I had to go in a drive thru of 15 cars this was at 10:47 on the door it says to pick up at door between 10pm and 5am they told me i couldn't just like they have a job so do I and it was bad service on there part manager was just standing there on his phone not helpful at all
