Customer service knew nothing about the products being sold. Food was not what I expected. Not happy at all

Delicious donuts but I’m not a fan of the texture of anything mochi. We arrived early enough that there were still a few of the popular options left. Service was fast and friendly. It’s in a food court so the atmosphere is lively and energetic.

The pricing is awful. The donuts taste old and are cold. The flavors are not that great and don’t taste that flavorful.

Very good and chewy, but pretty pricey

It was good but nothing too crazy and a bit overpriced in my opinion. I thought $16 for half a dozen was a bit way too overpriced considering I was only able to try a limited amount of flavors.

I totally forgot to write a review when i got to try this for the first time a few weeks back. I got to say a Mochinut is very unique and very delicious! I recommend trying it out!

Looked cute online and it seemed like they had a good variety of flavors but got there and they only had 5 donut flavor options I could choose from. Apart from that I they had no drinks available. All the hype for nothing. Not impressed.

Refused to let me purchase anything less than a dozen. Crazy this place refuses money. Bad business model. Took my money elsewhere.

I rarely eat donuts because I don’t like sweets, but the donut I ate in a long time soothed my lonely heart and gave me the small but precious sweetness of life.Well.. idk if it is because of my mood, but the donuts sold here are healthier than those sold elsewhere. But they are much more expensive than Krispy Kreme. At Krispy Kreme, the assorted dozen is $8.99 and the specialty is $14.99.But here, the assorted dozen is $33.00.There must be a reason for high price.Maybe the mochi ingredient is expensive??Anyway, I’ll definitely come back soon to try other flavors of mochinuts.

It's okay, once we got there lots of the variety had already been sold out. We were left with a few choices and of the ones we got the taste of the donuts is great. However, the price is not okay. You're basically paying $3 per donut for something that doesn't taste that much better than a regular donut. This is more of a novelty food but not bad if you want to check it out or or craving something sweet.
