Surcharge on debit cards is illegal, even if they run it as credit. But this business does it anyway. Reference the Durbin Ammendment which prohibits banks from charging businesses for debit transactions. Which also means the business cannot charge you for that. Federal Law prohibits charging for the use of debit cards. So in short, if a business charges you for using your debit card, they are pocketing that surcharge.

I don't live in Buena Park anymore, but I used to live across the street from this place and it was my absolute favorite place to go in the morning and get breakfast for everyone in the house. I would come back with a dozen donuts, for me and my husband, we would get the everything bagel toasted with avocado and bacon on both sides. I miss this place and when I'm back in Orange county it's going to be one of the first places I go because it's that good! The service is great, the people are nice, the prices are good for what you get, they are always open except for like an hour or two at the wee hours of the night, and when it's not crowded, it's nice to just sit down and get that bagel with a drink to eat inside. Not when it's hot outside though! That's when I would run back across the street into my AC, lol! I put four for atmosphere only because sometimes it does get crowded, it is a smaller building, there are only two small tables, but for what they have they are definitely working with it. It's not their fault that their building is small on the inside, especially when they have other businesses to the left and right of them. Sometimes they have specialty donuts as well! And do yourself a favor because they are only a few cents - TRY THE POWDERED DONUT HOLES AT THE COUNTER IF THEY ARE STILL THERE! It's like biting into a little slice of heaven. And you can get quite a few of them because they are very cheap. And try that bagel too if you're into avocado toast, bacon, bagels, guacamole...yeah it's for you! And if you get boba tea they are very generous with the pearls! There are very few places in Orange county as a whole that I have found myself yearning to go back to and miss with my whole heart, this place is definitely one of them, it makes me miss living across the street.

Milks were bad and i asked guy for a refund on the milks he tried saying register is closed bad place donuts were horrible tried telling the staf but they refused to refund if i get sick from spoiled milk i know who to go to

The prices are getting higher daily, but the worst part is the parking Night or day it’s ridiculous, spots are taken from a restaurant a traffic jam daily

Someone please go there and explain to them what a bakers dozen is. And just know if you're buying a dozen from them they are too cheap to include the extra donut for the bakers dozen.
