We had such an amazing time the staff members at Knotts Berry Farm chicken dinner restaurant were exceptional. Everybody there was smiling having a good time talking to all of us helping each other out. I saw lots of teamwork. The restaurant was immaculate. The people that checked us in were very nice. I talked to the manager. She was very sweet and kind. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

I think we have a new Thanksgiving tradition. The food was delicious and service was amazing. Pricey but worth it.

The food selection wasn't great. Most of the food was as cold and the buffet utensils were dirty. I wouldn't recommend. I've been previous years and it was better.

This was the first time doing the buffet. The food was Fantastic. They had such a variety from Breakfast foods, sea foods, to traditional foods.I would definitely be doing this next year

The server was outstanding and attentive. The menu and pricing was good and as expected, moderately priced . The salad was about a third of the size (if not less) as what is was a few years ago. It was barely enough to cover the plate. The biscuits were still good, but again, much smaller than before. The mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent, the chicken not so much. The berry punch was delicious. The pie boysenberry pie filling was good but the crust was plain and bland. Overall the meal was nostalgic but not the same deliciousness from before. Unfortunately this was the last time we will go. Trying to find parking and the cost is ridiculous, $35 - $55 for any of the lots.

Loved the chicken dinner. The value is so good. 4 piece fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, biscuits, chicken soup, cabbage and pie for $27. Delicious and memorable

I ate here many times when I was a kid (I was born in 1973). My family would drive from all over to meet here for the famous chicken dinner. It breaks my heart to see how they've reduced the quality of the food across the board (but not the cost) in order to maximize profits. It was the day before Veterans Day and the park was packed but the chicken dinner restaurant was almost empty. I guarantee if they served good quality food like they used to this place would have long lines of people waiting to get in once again. My wife said the fried chicken tasted burnt like it was cooked in old oil. The famous house french salad dressing is now the gross orange salad dressing you see in the cheapest bottle at the grocery store. The salad is served with tiny rock hard croutons. The saddest part for me was the disgusting, watery, boysenberry concoction they brought out with the bland biscuits. I used to love trying all the different flavors of Knott's preserves they used to have in stacks on every table. My kids wouldn't eat the over breaded chicken tenders. Even the pie was blah. I'll never go back. :(

Because we had a reservation, we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table. The server was friendly and we had a great time. Food was delicious!

The service was very Quick. Anthony is the best! The food was yummy. We shared a fried chicken dinner with all the fixings.

Old Knott's Berry Farm is gone. Restaurant looks like any other restaurant. All the charm and character is gone. Prices are exorbitant! Three people for lunch, no dessert, was over $80. Parking was $35.00 for two hours and that was disabled. Regular parking would have been $55.00. Too expensive to return.

The fried chicken dinner was super bland. The best part of the meal was the chicken noodle soup

We had been so looking forward to experiencing Mrs. Knott's Kitchen and her legendary fried chicken & boysenberry pie. We visited Knott's Berry Farm frequently, as children growing up in Anaheim, but never were able to enjoy a dinner there. Today was the day! We feel that more can be done to reinforce the legacy Mrs Knott left behind, and that this should be a priority because most people who come there are expecting to be delighted. Our expectations were for the entire experience to feel like a warm hug. Our server in the bar was kind and polite and did a great job. The welcome at check in was perfunctory, not homey. Given we had reservations (well in advance) and the place was empty, a choice of sitting in the dining room would have been nice. We expected the food to be legendary; rather, it was adequate. While the fried chicken was juicy enough, the skin was under-seasoned and a bit dried out. The pie seemed as though it may have been previously frozen. A bigger investment in time and energy to stand back and look objectively at the experience being delivered could pay huge dividends if more passion was brought to the table. Do it for Mrs. Knott!
