Service was slow, and I saw another group argue with the manager after their order was delayed and skipped. I asked for an extra plate to cover my leftover taiyaki as to go, but the manager rudely questioned why I needed it, then refused and handed me a plastic bag instead which made a complete no sense. Completely dismissive and unhelpful. I won't be be coming back.

I’ve had much better shaved ice elsewhere. The red bean tastes much better than the cantaloupe out of the 2.

We came for the convenience since it’s at The Source. We came after lunch on a Sunday afternoon and it took over 2mins for a bingsoo and coffee. (Both very average at best) Also the workers (prob pissed since they are understaffed, which I understand) were rude with their responses when asked what’s taking so long. “We just have a lot of orders in” 😳
Not worth the long wait for some average bingsoo IMO.

I ordered an affogato, expecting a delicious treat, but what I received was more like a warm latte with a scoop of ice cream floating on top. When I pointed this out, the employee told me that this was how they made it at their shop. I showed her a picture of a typical affogato, but she dismissed it, saying it was just a Google image and that not all affogatos look the same. When I asked for a refund, she said they don’t offer refunds. Since I couldn’t reach the owner and was disappointed with the service, I decided to leave. What should have been a pleasant experience turned out to be frustrating due to the staff’s unprofessional attitude.

girl with red streaks/hair working on 11/11/24 COUNT UR DAYS. this place is horrible. and the workers had a bad attitude. she started aggressively dragging the chairs at 8:54pm when they didn’t close until 10. everyone felt unwelcome by this which made everyone leave, we asked her if they closed at 10 and she said she THINKS 9, and said she’s new?? idk you would think the workers know what time their workplace closes at but i guess not! the bingsoo was $16 and it was literally just plain ice with frozen strawberries with no condensed milk/flavoring

Came here around 8pm with my friend one evening and it was PACKED. I don't know if that's normally the case but it was so loud inside that both of us were getting overstimulated and I had a dull headache by the time we left 15 min later. Not a relaxing atmosphere at ALL. We took our order to go to get out of there as soon as possible, but even then, it was about a 10 min wait, and it was impossible to hear if our order was ready or not over the din, so we had to stand by the counter. There were empty seats by the pickup counter but another party claimed they were using the chairs even though there was no one sitting in them and refused to let us sit. Based on this experience, I don't know that I would go back.
I did like the strawberry bingsoo we ordered, though. The ice was so soft and powdery, like eating snow that melts on your tongue. The strawberry syrup was a little too sweet for my taste but that's probably because it all sank to the bottom and wasn't really mixed throughout. My friend and I shared the cup size for $12 and honestly half of the cup was more than enough for each of us—I don't think either of us would have been able to finish a full cup on our own, cuz this was dessert and I was already getting a slight brain freeze from eagerly digging into the shaved ice lmao. But I realize mileage varies so maybe the size isn't a big deal for other people! I think it'd be nice if they offered a third size that's half the size of the cup, though. Like a small, medium (cup), and large (bowl).

Do not come here!! Strawberries arent even fresh; they were frozen and sour. It was literally flavorless. A small cup for 13$ including tax and the ice isnt even flavoured. Most places charge 13$ for a whole bowl. Cashier is very rude and there is no sign that says no refunds but she denied me a refund. There is a reason this place has 3 stars. Only flavor that makes the shaved ice edible is the condensed milk.
