Stop by to get a plate one item only but one of the girls said they dont serve one item on plates casue they were short.Their problem is not plate's shortage but the rude and arrogant attitude of the girl who acts like she owns the store..SO I LEFT THE RESTAURANT,NEVER COMEBACK.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. The staff at this Panda Express were rude, unprofessional, and showed clear discrimination toward an elderly customer. The gentleman only asked for two extra chili peppers for his plate something very simple and they refused in a cold and disrespectful way. What made the situation worse was the staff’s attitude: they treated him poorly simply because he spoke Spanish and could not properly express himself in English. It was obvious there was no patience, no empathy, and no respect for an older adult. Instead of helping him, they made him feel uncomfortable, ignored, and embarrassed. Watching this was truly upsetting. Panda Express claims to serve diverse communities, yet this location showed lack of training, lack of sensitivity, and discriminatory behavior. No one should ever be treated differently because of their age or the language they speak. I do not recommend this location at all. If the staff cannot treat elderly customers and Spanish-speaking customers with basic respect, they should not be working with the public.

Everything is great i been here many times and they always skimp you on the shrimp like literally 4 shrimps for the side i find that upsetting like come on do better for the community seems like it hurts them to give a reasonable amount

Great quality food and very clean restaurant. The food portions are much smaller than other locations though. My mobile order plate was barely filled while another customer’s plate (ordered in person) was filled much more substantially. I was hoping to get more chow mein noodles :(

Been here multiple times, these people literally take the food out of your plate and put it back in the container with the greedy portions. Need to drive to another location

We used to eat here every weekend but today an Employee tried to stop me and my sister from using the restroom. They claimed it was an employee restroom even though they don't have a sign indicating this. The sign just says restroom, there's no sign saying that I can't use it or that it's employee only. I will post a picture of the restroom in question. The food is also terrible, on two different occasions I was served Burnt fried rice with my meal. It's not worth the price or the struggle in my opinion. The employees are rude as hell, save your money and eat somewhere else!!!

I put in an online order go to pick up get ignored as I'm standing directly in front of the register just for them to help someone who cqme in after me, and then was advised everything wasnin the bag, good thing I checked, cause it wasn't they were missing my daughters drink. I told her and then she really questioned me and asked if I was sure ?? I told her I opened up the whole bag checked after she ignored me initially and wax sure. I get being busy . But I'm kinda hard to ignore. I'm a big pregnant lady.. and I did t come in angry, but insure left unhappy with such awful service.

When ordering from the Panda app it is easy to request additional sauces. They have a nice reward program.
Dietary restrictions: They have clearly defined allergens. It’s easy to see if the food has any allergens.
