I know they are no longer the Panda that load you up but this is too "much". This is how much you get when you order Broccoli beef.. 5 pieces of Broc with 4 tiny pieces of beef and you pay almost $10 for it.. Idk.. I guess Panda is done for me.

It's funny I really like it here but the only reason I gave it three stars is when you have the app you really never get any bonuses they chip away at raising the price and they still ask you if you want to donate lol pretty soon they're going to be donating to us while prices keep rising. I waited on Jan 12, 2024 and was let in as the first customer in the morning. When ordering, I asked for 3 teriyaki sauces and was asked to wait for 6 minutes. After about 6 minutes, they only added one sauce, so I asked if they wanted three, and they gave me three. However, I didn't know what I had done wrong, but they gave me the order without even saying thank you, giving me a very unfriendly impression. I felt bad, but I thought it might be possible, so I came home and ate it, but the chicken wasn't cooked so I had to give up eating it. Panda Express is my favorite food, but I have felt unfriendly at other places a few times. It seems like the staff needs training.

I just went to this store a minute ago, try to order honey walnut but the lady employee ( the kitchen counter help ) try to give me the old honey walnut one when I said to her I want the fresh one. She insist to scoop the old one and kept saying all the food the same more than twice she said that. Oh come you can tell when food looks fresh or soggy!! So I told her to cancel. If there is no line I would talk to the manager. Where is the customer service?? Never go back thanks!

Izzy was very unprofessional and rude.I was standing at the register to ask for some chili and soy sauce, but he keeps pretending to not see me standing there.After a couple minutes standing there, the other employee comes and helped me.1 Star for Izzy bad customer service/rude

Best service out of all the branches we been to. Very clean location, they have someone constantly wiping down every table. The shift manager, a young lady with glasses, is courteous and attentive. She helped us out correcting our order. Most importantly, the food is good, they kept the food bins full with fresh food.
