I have been going to PB for many years for K breads and treats, but on this occasion, I ordered their Biscoff Cookie Butter Layer Cake and it is the best cake ever! So yummy. If you like the cookie and Biscoff flavored desserts, this cake fits the bill. Everyone who tried it loved it. I am asking you Paris Baguette, make this cake permanently available for orders.

We ordered castella cakes and bear-shaped bread as wedding favors, and the manager was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Each treat was beautifully packed in elegant blue boxes, and our guests absolutely loved them. We also ordered fresh cream puffs for our reception (which were a big hit) and a fresh cream wedding cake, which I was worried it might melt, but they delivered it right on time in perfect condition.
Communication was smooth and proactive — the team always reached out first to confirm every detail, so there was nothing to worry about. Everything was perfect: friendly staff, great quality, and amazing service. Highly recommend! ♥️

Came here to really just try their supreme croissants but they're so diabetically sweet. Everything else was ok and I especially liked the coffee donut but it was such an overwhelming breakfast option because of the sugar rush.

The service here is terrible!!!! Esp the one lady with glasses with high pitched voice. I think shes the owner but damn she is so rude!!!! Shes always rushing people and when asked questions, shes so rude and short! If shes overwhelmed, she should hire more people not work herself and give attitude to both customers and workers! I feel bad for her employees! She should learn how to be friendly and kind …thought thats something obvious as an owner …but guess its not for her. Shes so annoying with her high pitch voice bossing people around too! Cuts off her employees and giving them attitude too! No one deserves that kind of attitude from her! Especially her customers and people that work for her!

Poor customer service. I ordered on line to pick up a cake and I got there a wanted a bigger cake willing to pay the difference but they refused to exchange it. Really disappointed!!!!!!!

We ordered lunch online. When we got there we realized that was completely unnecessary, all of the sandwiches are premade and packaged, not made to order...and they did not have the sandwich I selected online. The pastries and breads are beautiful, nicely displayed, and the self service goes very smoothly; however we were very disappointed once we got them home. The chocolate croissant was very dry and had close to zero chocolate filling. In fact, everything we tried was dry and the filling had kind of a strange texture and there was very little of it. We ended up taking a bite or two and throwing everything away. Too bad because during our visit we had hopes of visiting again in the future but we won't now
