This is my 4th time here but I haven't left a review. I live Paris Baguette and to me the product is the same wherever you go. I review based on cleanliness. This one was clean. There were plenty of tongs and trays. The staff was courteous and friendly. They had plenty of product. I liked the Nutella cronut. It was tasty. The creme Brule donut was OK. There needs to be more creme in it. The strawberry mochinut was soft.

I found the best strawberry soft cream cake in town for my kids' birthday!I haven't been in Paris Baguette for a while but had to grab a cake for my kids' birthday after grocery shipping right next door at Hannam Chain. The cake was snow white and beautifully presented. The frosting was light and smooth and the strawberries were super fresh. After their birthday celebration, I totally forgot to refrigerate the leftover and it was on my kitchen countertop for over 10 hours, but the strawberries in the cake (the deco and filling) tasted same as the day before.I will definitely get another large one for the coming Easter celebration.And I was also pleasantly surprised that they use Lavazza coffee bean!Parking: Unlimited parking

Paris Baguette I send this review just because I love your bakery ,but I was not happy with your service at one of your stores. my husband and I will not return back because of a bad experience, customer reviews would be good so that you know how your employees are treating customers and knowing that customer service is the key to a successful business.

Look at this bread. How horrible this is!! It is supposed to be cream bread. I do not understand how they can calle this cream bread. There is not much cream. It was actually so thin, and the cream covers less than a half of the bread.

It's a constant effort, and it is very important,always good experience at the Paris baguette, I wish to change the Paris to whomever actually created this atmosphere.

What the heck happened to this place? They blare Spanish music. Employees do not speak English. My brother was barked at for taking napkins that were out on the counter in front of the dispenser. The food cases are all open. Crumbs everywhere. It is filthy. When we sat down at 6.45pm, there was not one single person seated. In the past, it has been difficult to find a place to sit. This place has gone to absolute ISH.

My husband and I went to this location to buy a cake for my mom's birthday yesterday. There was one cashier, which I suspect was new, since she was having a hard time processing customers.The single line was to the back of the store. A man comes out from the back of the bakery with a tray of pastries. He sees the long line, takes a long sigh (while rolling his eyes), then proceeds to start ringing on the second register.When we placed our order with the gentleman for our cake, he had an attitude, telling me that there are many berry cakes. I told him that there was no signage in front of the cake. I go to point out which cake we desired.While checking out, we ask him for a chocolate happy birthday sign. I stop him from using his hands to pick up the chocolate sign. I told him that he was touching cash from his previous customer transaction. He grabbed the item with a utensil.We were almost done with the transaction when another male employee comes up to our cashier and tells him that he has medication for him. I hope whatever was ailing him wasn't contagious. This location needs some sanitary and safety retraining. The most alarming thing was the tray of pastries placed on top of the trash can. I'm wondering what other types of unsanitary infractions this location is doing behind the walls when making their products.

We didn't manage to get your name, but you're the nicest person we've ever met. I hope your higher ups know what a absolute catch u r :)))))

If I can give no star, I would He grab the bread with glove that he touched register machine. Now he did not hear my drink so I had to repeat 3 time yet placed wrong drink Match vs mocha is huge difference. Yet he shows attitude. My cold drinks came out hot actually. Will never ever come back here.
