My party cost about $80+ between the 5 of us, and it was well worth it. I personally ordered their chili omelet, and when I say I couldn't finish it because of the big portions, I mean it, I'm a big person, I can eat A LOT, and I couldn't finish it all. 10/10 on atmosphere, flavor, and portion size

We used to like coming here, but it has changed so much. Hand made signs are ghetto, not professional looking at all. AC felt like it was not working and it's in the high 80s today. Staff lacked kindess. Quality has definitely gone down.
My family of 4 has been faithful customers of Paul's Place in Cypress for almost 15 years. We rarely had any issues with the Cypress Paul's location, and if there ever was an issue, the staff would always take care of us and make it right. On my way home, my wife ordered from this Buena Park location since it was convenient for a quick take out. Out of the 4 meals we ordered 1 was was totally off, so imagine the disappointment my son had when the rest of the meals were perfect. The Philly Sandwich was not seasoned and it tasted like the meat and veggie was pan fried without any seasoning. I never felt more insulted with the way I was treated today as a faithful Paul’s Place customer.

Food is great but they always forget an item in an order. happened 3 times. on today’s visit, someone in my party started to check the order. the person told him to stop and promised that everything was in there and there’s no need to check. once i get home, an item was missing. happens all the time and i want to support a local business but when the worker “promise” that everything was in there and it wasn’t… it makes me not want to return. thank god the food is good but always check your order before leaving.
