order takeout at the place, waited 30 minutes, got the wrong order and only notice when i got home which i live about 30 minutes away. chicken was good but it was very spicy which is not what i ordered. this has happened twice now, don’t think i’ll be going back

I was there at 10pm and the kitchen staff were looking at me in a bad way, and the girl taking the order said they were no longer taking orders at this time, very rude of the manager to keep the location open until 11pm, I just came from Los Angeles for this

Ordered food through doordash to pickup then decided to eat at their outside table. Made us leave because we didnt order the food person lol. We werent even gonna sit inside, bro its outside. Mind you, there was no customers in the store by that time so we surely werent taking anyones space!

It felt understaffed. We clicked the Call Staff button on the iPad at our table 2-3x before somebody came to help.

I highly recommend the cheese ddeokbokki. It's quite spicy but tasty. The soy chicken wings are delicious. The signature chicken wings weren't as good and I probably wouldn't order it again. The complimentary cabbage salad was tasty but wish it was refilled.

You reserve your spot on the wait-list and you'll receive a confirmation text. You wait for a 2nd text to let you know when to return. You must respond to that text within 5 minutes or forfeit your spot on the wait-list. I responded back in 7 minutes of receiving the text and was able to be seated.

Dont expect to order online and dine-in for faster food prep time. We ordered online and got denied a table. Even though we were customers, we werent allowed to eat there. Awful service. Wouldnt eat here again. Spend your money else where.

Sis told me their chicken is good so i ordered as a take out and waited outside. Took forever! Almost 1 hour! Why does it take this long for chickens?

Would it be faster as a dine in? Either way, the wait time chase me away and won't bother again because by the time we got the chicken and anxious to go home, I'm not feeling the love for these chicken.

Great deal of chicken burger combo! With extra $1, we got one small fries and one sprite! The chicken was really thick, juice, and tasty. The fries were ok. The service was improvable. It wasn’t because of any individual staff, but seriously lack of staff. There was only one person to serve all of the customers and reset tables. The restaurant was 80% full and some take-outs. This is the problem of the restaurant owners and managers. We saw the staff running this table and that table without rest. But, he was in good and polite attitude and saying sorry for not providing immediate service. I wanted to give him personal high rating of service, but the restaurant itself doesn’t deserve good raring. The environment of the restaurant is fine. However, there were so many stuff stocking inside the restaurant that customers can see when seated. It is not very well organized and arranged environment. However, chicken was really good.

I LOVE pelicana makes popeyes looks like vomit but they're so stingy with their condiments. I spent over $60 and you give 1 moo on the side cmon. Do you want me to make 3 separate orders or something? Use your common sense

Out of all the Pelicana spots I’ve tried, the one at The Source OC is definitely a favorite. We got there around 5 PM on a weekend and didn’t have to wait at all, which was nice. Our food came out pretty quickly too.

We ordered the combo set for three people- boneless half & half chicken, cheese balls, sweet potato fries, and tteokbokki. I honestly didn’t expect much from the tteokbokki, but it was way better than I thought! Just a heads up though, it might be a little too spicy for some people- proceed with caution!

The music was a little on the louder side, but still good enough for a conversation. Overall, a great spot to hang out with friends or family!

I wanted to try this place out but if you look at the prices you better take it to go and get a two hour hotel room to make love to it. No reason to over charge like this kind of line selling a hot dog for $6.
