Best Crispy Fried Chicken. You should try the crispy chicken w/ original sauce, it's just amazing. I finally found the fried chicken I had in Korea, it tastes the same as original chicken in Korea. Server was super helful and made sure to check in on us very often, service was great overall.

I normally get my gizzards from the Rancho location..gizzards are always battered and fried to perfection. This location was horrible. I wasted my money because they were trash. The batter was completely different.First picture is your location..garbage. Second picture is Rancho..perfect.

I love pelicana but they didn’t include my side sauce that i paid extra for. I know it wasn’t an accident because on the receipt it said “sorry we charge for side sauce” but i did pay for it! I know it’s only 2$ for the sauce but it’s kind of annoying me (I ordered from uber eats)

Been wanting to try Pelicana Chicken for a while now and let me tell you Korean fried chicken is definitely the best fried chicken I've ever had. I had the Hot crispy chicken and let me tell you it's definitely spicy . I love spicy wings and they definitely brought the spice. I would recommend if you're into spicy wings like me but if not they definitely have other flavors to try. Will definitely be coming back to more.
Says it closes at 12 AM. We just got here at 11:08 PM on a Friday. Was given a 'no' signal from the cashier saying they weren't serving anyone else I guess. No signage saying they were out of chicken or anything other items specifically.Had to call in for this (having no chicken) being the reason why we were turned away. The gentleman who spoke on the phone was at least more polite than the female cashier. It would've been nice to have some signage after the product had run out stating they could no longer serve anyone. Even a hand written sign takes a minute to put up. Not exactly the greatest first impression for someone out of town.The atmosphere gets points just for the video game event aesthetic going on currently and the music (albeit a tad loud so not able to verbally communicate with any staff well enough). Obviously cannot rate food we couldn't get and just the interaction with the cashier was disappointing. Oh and as of writing this, they still left their online ordering up, with again ZERO notice of lack of product.At least the last Star Rail collaboration event with Sunright Tea Studio, they were friendly and on top of items, drinks and exclusive merch, being out of stock with appropriate signage/inability to online order promotional items.Hopefully we can try again in the future and it won't be as disappointing of an experience like it was tonight.Parking: Like some other reviews, parking is easy and plentiful in The Source garage having you turn left on The Source St past the Pizza Hut. Easy to exit also!

Actually, I also owned a chicken restaurant...Smells like oil (old... without changing the oil...)I can feel it..what is this...Also, a server with unwashed hair, covered in dandruff, and acne on his face came and took our order while crossing his legs. He was so unfriendly that I thought he was the owner of the place... The server with glasses was friendly. LOL.I wasn't going to tip, but the friendly server wearing glasses gave me a tip...

I don't know what kind of oil or ingredient they use but I had diarrhea around 20 times and severe stomach pain after eating Pelicana.This never happened with other chicken places such as Love Letter or Wingstop

Fried chicken was so soggy. Honestly don't think it was fried at all. A boneless wing from Pizza Hut was crispier than this. I've tried the one in San Diego and Rowland Heights and those were amazing. This one was very disappointing.
