First off, we came randomly because we happened to be in the area and wanted pho. Stopped by this place that opened slightly earlier than others.Their staff didn't understand when my gf ordered in Vietnamese. I'm not Viet but I noticed she had to repeat herself a few times. Then I realized it's a Korean-owned spot...not the end of the world but whatevs. A yellow flag here.We sat there waiting for our order...and waiting...and waiting. I checked with them 20 mins in and they said it's coming soon. There wasn't any attitude but they had a nonchalant dgaf vibe. Typical pho places you can expect to wait 5-10 mins max if it's busy.It's already a bad sign but what really pissed me off is that when I go check 10 mins later, my order was at the register on the counter but they didn't bother to call it out or let me know.Food was average, employees/owners are terrible. I would stay away.
If you want soup, come here!clean and deliciousWe also give you free onions and free limes~I tend to put a lot of lime in my pho.Please give it to me~I usually go there in the evening, but even though there are a lot of customers, they always welcome me with a smile and have the sense to remember what I'm eating and give me extra limes~

I went there because I wanted hot soup. There is no place that serves soup as hot as this one.The soup also has the flavor of local food.I also recommend the cold noodles with shrimp.The dinner servers are friendly~

The service was not very good. Not once did any of the servers check up on us after we ordered and got our food. The broth was very mediocre with not much flavor/almost watered down? The spring rolls were filled with a majority of vermicelli noodles and bean sprouts with 2 thin slices of ham and shrimp. im a bit disappointed :(

Me and my boyfriend USED TO BE regulars here. The food is okay nothing special but it’s good and the service was not bad. Food didn’t take long to come and overall service was okay. Once we were done with our meal my boyfriend paid with his card and the waitress came with the receipt for him to sign and he put $0 for tip. After she came back DEMANDING a tip!!! She was being extremely rude and very disrespectful saying we HAVE to give her a minimum tip of %15 or more !!! Ruined our date experience and we will NEVER come back here again!!!!!!!
