I stopped by on Friday for a quick pho fix and ordered the Pho Filet Mignon and the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl. As a Vietnamese person, this isn’t the best pho I’ve ever had, but it definitely hit the spot and satisfied my craving. What really stood out was the service. The sweet and attentive server made me feel so welcome, almost like a motherly figure who could tell it was my first time there.

This was our second choice for Pho after finding the neighboring restaurant had a one-hour wait. Despite being touted as the first Pho establishment in the area, there are now three Pho restaurants at the intersection, indicating fierce competition. The ambiance, decor, service (handled by a single person), and the flavor of the Pho were somewhat mediocre. I came here after a flight to LA looking for local food. I’m glad my boyfriend and I stopped because the food was very good and fresh and even better pho than I can get in Phoenix. Next time I’m here, I will drop by again.
