The show combines fun, fantasy, thrill and laugh which is entertaining especially for the kids. It takes place on the replica of the 18th cenury Spanish galleon which is anchored in a 250,000 gallon indoor lagoon.

What an amazing and entertaining show for the entire family!! Doors open an hour early so you can play miniature golf, have a few cocktails, or visit the gift shop while you wait. There were plenty of food upgrade options to choose from for an additional charge but it was worth it! This dinner and show is perfect for the whole family.

When you go to this place, you're paying for the adventure, not the food. The food was edible, but the best part was the show. The acting, stunts, and comedy are top-tier. It's a couple of hours, though, so leave some time. I'd recommend this to almost anyone.Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid-friendly. On my trip, there was even a whole little league baseball team.

If you’re visiting the Buena Vista area in Cali, the Pirates Dinner Adventure is a must. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, especially the mashed potatoes. The adventure portion of the evening was very entertaining, lively and interactive. Movement all around and above. We had a blast and will revisit ❤️

I paid close to$950 for friends and family to enjoy this place . I was suppose to get the aaa discount for the total to come out to $750 or so but I guess the cashier “forgot” and couldn’t undo the charge . I let them know 4were arriving late when we were being seated . Paid an extra $30 for a bday shout out. The guy seating us then then proceeds to sit 4 other people in our row and I let him know I’m waiting on the 4 I mentioned .. the people offered to move and he told them “no that’s ok” and he just replied to me “I’ll speak with my manager” and left . Because of this we missed our bday shoutout so much for that . Our drinks and food were given to these 4 people (they enjoyed my lobster) . The 4 came in and they were told to sit across the place I said no , I want them with us . Left us standing for a while until the manager decided what to do . We were forced to split into 2 not to mention all our cup and food were mixed up because their staff decided to move it for us when I told them not to so we can avoid exactly that . Whoever was manager along with the person seating us for this shift really messed up our experience . Not to mention we got charged for “parking” while no one else did ? Never again .

A very interactive show, and the actors were amazing. They kept us very entertained throughout the full show, and overall it was a wonderful experience aside from the poor services & overpriced things.--CUSTOMER SERVICE:Customer Service was not the best. Be aware there are a ton of hidden costs, gratuity is not included in your initial ticket. If you come with a large party (10+) they charge you a gratuity fee of $5 per person, equaling up to $50+ in addition to what you paid. It unfortunately doesn't make sense, especially since they were unable to accommodate us, then made us move once we were already seated and in the show to accomodate us together and then once we're seated in a new row asked for the money afterwards despite them overselling tickets. Very clear that they're greedy for money. TLDR: Bunch of HIDDEN COSTS.PRICING/GIFT SHOP:Very OVERPRICED. $15 for each magnet is insane. Not even Disney or at airports do they sell magnets for such an insane price. I'd be scared to even ask how much the other items in the shop cost if a single small magnet costs $15 each.PICTURES:Make sure you grab your photos with the actors at the end of the show, highly recommended, otherwise you'll be stuck paying them extra just for a photo outside. You might as well get one with the ship for free with the actors, rather than outside and paying. Very nice of the actors being considerate enough for customers as they wait to take photos inside with the ship, before management forces them out to take photos for a hefty price to customers.FOOD:Servers were very attentive, welcoming, and were even willing to serve more than what was given for no additional charge. Food was pretty good, I'd probably say that the food was pretty level with Medieval Times next door, nothing special of course, but a simple meal to get you through the night.--Overall, the actors are the star of the show, and I can say the show was definitely an amazing one. Prices definitely need to be lowered though. The tickets are already priced high in comparison to Medieval Times (next door), and to be honest the overall experience at Medieval Times was significantly better than at the Pirates Dinner Adventure. For the show experience, I can say that Pirate's Dinner Adventure & Medieval Times are pretty level with the entertainment to customers. There's a great atmosphere, crowds, and cheering all around, it is worth the price of the ticket, but be wary of the hidden costs that'll come later on if you wish to enjoy the night even further with certain additional experiences you would think don't cost anymore, but in reality do unfortunately.Parking: Paid parking, you have to pay at the ticketing check-in area.

We came here for my wife's birthday and the show was very interactive with the audience, especially the kids. It somewhat reminded me of pirates from Peter Pan. Had so much fun and will come back for Vampirates during October.

We sat down right as the lights for the show started. Our server said that since the show started, he could no longer get us soup or salad, but could offer us an extra piece of cake. Ok, fine. And he could not get us drinks until he served dinner. Ok. But then came by after everyone else had been served and said, oh, has no one gotten you drinks yet? ? We were finally served drinks and dinner, which was cold, after everyone else in our section. Then came the cake. As he set down our pieces, he said, after I've served everyone cake, I will come back around with the extra pieces. Never came back. The show was absolutely fantastic and entertaining. But we left hungry.
