Horrible service !Ordered pizza yesterday online they said it would be ready at 6:04 picked it up at 6:20 the cashier in the front took about 5 mins for him to tell me he couldn’t find my pizza or order. He let a girl in the back know she also said she didn’t find the order took a look at my phone and said to wait 15-20 mins so I did… 20 mins later they called my husband … ( even tho they said they couldn’t find our order or information) not sure how they had his number if they said they didn’t get the order. They said our order was ready when I went the cashier asked if I wanted them to reheat the pizza !!!! I asked the guy what he meant if they said they just did them he said that they ended up finding the pizza and it was cold pizza that had been ready since 6:05 and by this time it was 7 pm ……. I told them then why did they make me wait 20 mins if I was told my pizza was gunna be made fresh … they didn’t even have the common sense to reheat the pizza while I waited (which I wouldn’t have mind or notice). At that point I just wanted my money back because I waited so long just to get some cold pizza and Nicole and the cashier did not want to give me the money back or make a new pizza as I requested them. They ended up reheating and giving me the old cold pizza and it was only reheated in the over for a minute so it was still cold ! Nicole is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to manage the restaurant herself. The employees need better supervision and training because everything about the situation was stupid and unprofessional

I ordered online and I got home, it was wrong. I called and they said they couldn't do anything. Then they tried to say that's what I ordered. I explained that I have ordered the same thing b4 but it never looked like that. This is sausage, not ground beef. Theses people have horrible customer service. Ill definitely not give my money to them anymore and check your pizzas for mistakes.

Pizza was delivered cold and the center was wet with oil. The toppings were fresh and cut into large portions. Why 4 stars? Because I'd still rather receive a cold wet pizza over Dominos or Lil Cesar's!
The young man in the front was very welcoming and provided very great service. He recommended me the ribs cuz I was Lowkey hungry looking for a meal to fill me up. It was such a great deal because the ribs came wit wedges, garlic bread, and a salad. I was stuffed good bulk meal too. Gotta give a shout out to the cooks it was straight gas.

It's a love hate relationship, first time I ordered something it was immaculate! My husband and I loved the food it was delicious. Second time around there was a mishap & I understand things can happen but the fact I was on my lunch and had to wait longer for just an over buttery dish was not it for me. Idk if I'll ever come back again.

I don't understand why they don't read the instructions in the space where you generate the order. In addition to not being what I asked for, the person who helped me didn't care if I told him that it wasn't what he wanted. so I had to go with the pizza co.o they wanted,I think this is the last time I will order there. If I eat pizza it seems like the best but this time I was super disappointed

Oh man… ! This pizza is so good ! Soft and the cheese is done the right way. Sauce very tasteful ! This is my go to pizza place! We got a cheese pizza and a deluxe. Let me tell you slices are big and cooked very well! The only thing I didn’t like.. I called and they hung up on me. I almost didn’t make the order. But, I am glad I did. Better then dominoes and little Caesar’s. No doubt. I don’t know.. if I’m wrong.. but you can definitely tell they make there pizza dough from scratch or they just know, darn well.. what they are doing.
