Gave us the wrong order when we came to pick it up. Told them thru phone they have us the wrong order and they than told us they ran out of mushrooms for our order even though the order was marked ready for pickup. Had to substitute a replacement and wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for them to make our pizza which was already marked ready to pickup

Im the easiest person you can find. I always tip, never complain. I love pizza hut and this store is closest so i have been going. I would say more than 50% visit is not satisfying. many times they get order incorrectly, many times they rarely put any pizza sauce. 1 2 times is understandable but for a person goinf weekly. This store needs to step it up or change ownership. I will not risk my pizza with this store anymore

A terrible pizza hut. pic is a pizza they messed up in the same exact way the FOURTH time in a row. its infuriating that I can't even call them for a refund since the phone number here on google got disconnected. Don't come here unless you're able to go to the store directly and you're willing to wait an additional hour for them to fix your order.

I came in Monday night around 10 PM and was denied service because the manager said she was already cleaning.. I thought you close at 12AM??? I had just got off a 12 hour shift and picked up my daughter, I’m a single mother and just wanted a quick meal to feed myself and my child. The manager, pardon my French, was a hefty set blonde lady very rude and with soulless eyes told me to leave. I want restitution !!!!

I had it for a late night snack and it still reminds me of Pizza Hut. Thick dough + mushroom pepperoni with onions added cost about $18, and the three of us ate very full meals, but the ends of the bread were really crispy and delicious... The person taking our order was also kind.

The lady who took my order was lovely and had a pleasant attitude. I Was told it would be 15 mins and I think it was quicker than that-the food was amazing the best pizza I have had-perfectly cooked,and I have tried hundreds of pizza.

The customer service was friendly and helpful, the girls or at least one of them spoke Spanish, as for the place it only has three or four chairs to sit waiting for the pizza or eat it but I do not recommend eating it there, it would be uncomfortable.
The pizza we bought was super delicious, the kindness and time were pleasant, I highly recommend buying pizzas here.
