Both of my items were missing their peppers but everything was fresh and warm when it was time to eat. I’d return whenever I’m back in town. It’s not better than the original Portillo’s back in Chicago though!!!

I got a couple chili cheese dogs and they were good but not much better than wienerschnitzel. Open tables close together not much privacy when you eat. Haven't tried the other food. Maybe the burgers are better, idk.

Standards you're pretty high to make customers happy

Wheelchair accessibility: It's upsetting when other people park in the handicap stall with a sign stating "only for wheelchair accessibility." People don't realize it's for vans with wheelchair ramps on the right-hand side or the left-hand side of the driver's side so they can deploy their ramps without getting too close to the vehicle parking next to them. They need this...
