I just wanted to give a review here at the Buena Park branch specifically to Desiree (not sure how it’s spelled) She was amazing and she was really attentive and patient to what the customers want. She deserves to be recognized for her hard work.

The food is good and the drinks are good but it takes so long to get the food and there is almost no seats and you have to wait at least 25 minutes to get a seat.
There is not control on getting a table you should have a line to get a table and 1 person to seat the costumers.

Well, I order online, and followed the instructions on the website. Waited like an idiot for 30 minutes in my car, so I got frustrated and went in only to learn, they don’t bring the stuff to your car and to yet make a line anyway to wait for my stuff.
Somebody should do something about your website, make it clear so I don’t waste my time. This is 45 minutes lost for me, the idea was not to make the line. So, the food is good but be ready to invest time waiting.

Excellent! It's a huge place. There are lines but it goes by pretty quickly. Better to find a seat first and have someone hold the table while someone else orders the food. Prices are cheap, they offer free samples (which is the regular sizes). Friendly staff, good service. Love this place.

Porto’s is Porto’s…famous and delicious. A little expensive but you kind of expect that with how popular they are. The Buena Park location had hundreds of people coming in and out. Pre order and have someone run out of the car to get the order. I like the meat pie, potato ball, and chicken croquette! If you order when you get there, you will be standing in a long line.
