This Birria truck is a great place to fill up and take care of any of your birria cravings. I was in town visiting and stayed at the hotel across from where the trailer is set up. I decided to give it a try. I got the signature taco and the birria ramen. The birria was very good and the toppings were fresh and well prepared. They had all the fixings and a red and green salsa. Everything was very tasty and the red salsa was hot. I would recommend as they have everything birria, from tacos to burritos, quesadillas and ramen. The only downside is that it's located on a street with nowhere to sit.

I have a love and hate relationship with this place now..the food was amazing back then..but now it's more like an "it's good" I had gotten the quesadilla and 2 tacos and the quesadilla was very greasy, the tacos were dry and the birria also taste different now, gave me a weird aftertaste as well... also when I picked up my food the man inside the truck didn't even bother at all to give me or ask me if I wanted any salsas, onions, or any utensils. He just handed me the bag of food and also ALMOST forgot my drink. He was rude didn't even say "thank you" or anything as well.

The food truck is outside of a buisness suits building. They have a perfect spot! Their parked on the main road and the tree gives their truck tons of shade. 2 signs are visible if your passing by. Love that they have a tv a table for a quick bite. I wish I can order everything on their menu. I ordered a torta (birra) & 2 birra tacos carne a safe with everything. 3 sauces available to easily take with you. Consome dip which was amazing. The tacos were so flavorful and my veggies were so yummy! Love their atmosphere from there genuine staff.

I am a big fan of Red Tacos. I went last Sunday and I was disappointed to see a different truck in their usual Buena Park spot called Birria Jalisco. What happened? It is not the same.

This spot has the best Birria tacos I've ever had. The extra spicy salsa is a plus. I recommend the Jamaica over the horchata. The consome is full of flavor, just be careful with it because it's HOT! The only downside to this place is that their hours are never consistent. Try to give this place a call before you head out to them.

Had tacos from here yesterday and they were very good! I work in the area so I got the combo with the consomé. Be careful with the hot sauce because man it was SPICY! overall good prices and good food

I really like this place the birria is good. My only disappointment is that it's been a couple of times that we've gone, and it's been closed. When Yelp says open. Yes, I've also called with no response, and one of those times passed by, and it was open. I mean, what business will not answer a call? Today was one of those days (June 8th) that says open, stopped by at 10 am, and nothing. Please keep up with your hours and open days.

The food and customer service is excellent. The birria and consome are so flavorful, even the cilantro is fresh tasting. The lady who helped me today was so sweet. It my first time there and I'll definitely be back.
