Coffee is VERY good. It’s very drinkable, balanced. Their flavoring don’t overpower the coffee drink and aren’t overly sweet.
Also the staff was incredibly sweet even at 8AM

This place is wonderful. Friendly staff and exceptionally good coffee. I had a pour over with a dash of milk and it was one of the best coffees I’ve had in years. The best part tho was the ham and cheese croissant ! Honestly the most satisfying and perfectly crafted one I’ve ever had. Without question. I’m fortunate that I don’t live nearby as I would probably be eating them every day and gaining 100 pounds.. The menu item for this magical thing is confusing as it says “ham and cheese croissant panini” but forget the panini part, it’s just a really really good, proper European style croissant with the perfect amount of ham and lush melted cheese and it comes out nice and hot ! I highly recommend this order for a great start to your day.

Cute coffee/tea spot and very fast friendly service. Got the brown sugar iced latte and the earl grey lavender tea latte with vanilla cream. The espresso is very smooth, and tea was mildly sweet and floral. We both really enjoyed it! I was sad when I finished it, lol. I appreciate their mission statement as well. It's really cool. I am happy to support this business.

Disappointing Experience – Hoping It Was Just an Off Day
Tried Seesaw Beans + Coffee in Buena Park for the first time and unfortunately left disappointed. I asked for a recommendation and was told the Colombian was good. I asked about Yirgacheffe, but the barista didn’t seem familiar with it. Which should’ve been a sign, but I went with the Colombian anyway.
For $6.50 plus tip, I expected better. It was one of the most watered-down pour overs I’ve had in a long time. To make things worse, the person brewing the coffee was sniffling the whole time. I hope it was allergies, but it was still pretty off-putting.
Surprised by the high reviews – maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

Everything I have had at Seesaw has been delicious. The Hazelnut Einspanner was fabulous.
I am so thankful that the founders of Seesaw have created a well rounded training and employment opportunity for developmentally delayed people. Everyone on staff takes such pride in their work.
This business is doing a great job of putting a dent in the ~85% unemployment rate for developmentally delayed people in our area and promoting true inclusion in our community.
If you’re looking for something sweet, definitely try their croffles. They are so delicious.
