On 5/03/2025 at 5:15pm I went into Target to buy some things. My daughter asked if she could get a water from Starbucks. I said yes when she waited in line and talked to the man at the counter. He questions whether she waited in the line at first and then when she asked for the water he said you'll have to wait If you're not going to buy another drink he purposely took his time. She waited over 10 minutes for a cup of water. This is not the first time customer service has been ignored at this Starbucks location. They hire very young associates and don't train them in how to serve and this is the result.

Ana is a rude lady and does not value people’s time. I tied my shoe in the counter and she scolded me quickly to not do it there. After I said sorry she really had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. Ok, then I waited over 10 minutes just for her to take my order. She then started doing everything at a ridiculous slow pace. This lady should be nicer and not petty.

I went in for a half-price drink deal, but they told me to go to a corporate location instead because they are a licensed Starbucks. If you're looking to use any special offers or discounts, it's best to visit a corporate Starbucks.

As always, a choice of coffee and other hot drinks I took advantage of Halloween to taste the specialties of the moment with three special drinks for this occasion a real treat if tempted that you like the "pumpkin" both in drink and on your plate but it remains interesting to try at least once
