My god the staff was super nice August 4th. Warm, kind and welcoming! (“Good Mornings”)They didn’t feel like other chains. I haven’t been to starbucks in years, but if they were like this, I would definitely revisit! Amazing staff seriously!

I ordered a slice of their banana nut bread. Never received it after waiting several minutes. I went to the counter and asked where my order was, and they looked confused. I explained to them I had just ordered it, but they were still giving me a hard time. I ended up just leaving in disgust. The place was not busy at all, but the service was terrible.

Make sure you clarify what you do and dont want, they added whipped cream and caramel when I didn't ask for either, I dont even like whipped cream OR caramel lol

Came here for my morning drink and had Horrible customer service. Being a prior barista I was shocked at the lack of customer connection/ service here. Ryan was rude at the drive thru and the drink was given to me all messy. Last time spending my money here.

Not sure why they are so rude here. Lady was upset I put a mobile order in saying it was too early for me to get there. Ummm I am a medical assistant who is on her way to work. I just figured it would be better to get it in the drive thru then have to get out and wait there. They also said that there was a lot of drinks ahead I look and not many drinks. I am sorry when I get there and u don’t even greet me through the drive thru after I took the time to give my business, that’s poor customer service from a former barista. I used to be a partner for this company man how things changed from when I worked there. Not gonna give my business at beach and 91 and I’m telling all my friends not to come back!

Wouldn’t even give them this 1 star . The girl Opening on Monday wouldn’t even put my creamer in a separate cup for my wife to mix in at home. She spoke on some policy. Terrible customer service if that is the e case.. why cant we have 1 shot cup when u give them out with extra hot coffees
