overall 4 because they’re pretty fast about making the orders but today i mobile ordered at 10:36 and then pulled up to the drive thru at 10:40 (which is when it said it would be ready) and lady told me that it just came in and next time to wait the amount of time it says on the app even though my food and drinks were ready if the lady is reading this be better at customer service

Pretty good here, I’m annoyed how loud the music is makes it unpleasant to sit and have a conversation. Also, I’ve had a few bagels here and they will not put butter on them, only give me frozen little butter bricks which are hard to apply to my bagels. I feel like I work here, when I order a bagel.

On Wednesday morning, I came to this location before work not only were they not organized, but Daniella was very rude disrespectful and Had a temper like if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed when you're in hospitality, you need to have a different type of customer service and she doesn't have it every time I've gone through there. She always looks angry. This time. I actually encountered her. I would never go to this one again.

The worst barista ever! Skinny guy, pompadour hair style, did not have a name badge, very condescending attitude towards everyone. I requested ice for my tea, he took it sat it on the counter and continued making more drinks, after about 3 minutes he grabs my drink and hands it back to me. No ice nothing. I just walked out, rather share my experience. I will get his name on my next post for this location.

Usually, this is my favorite Starbucks. I go out of my way to come here but lately my drinks have all been watered down. I’m not paying seven dollars for a water down coffee beverage. Starbucks is not going broke. There’s no reason for them to be stingy on ingredients.
