overall 4 because they’re pretty fast about making the orders but today i mobile ordered at 10:36 and then pulled up to the drive thru at 10:40 (which is when it said it would be ready) and lady told me that it just came in and next time to wait the amount of time it says on the app even though my food and drinks were ready if the lady is reading this be better at customer service
Pretty good here, I’m annoyed how loud the music is makes it unpleasant to sit and have a conversation. Also, I’ve had a few bagels here and they will not put butter on them, only give me frozen little butter bricks which are hard to apply to my bagels. I feel like I work here, when I order a bagel.
Would've liked to know that the lobby isn't open at the time as stated on Google. I'm in the middle of a long drive and wanted a caffeine / potty stop that's clean and reliable. Otherwise spacious and quick
