I usually get nice service here when coming to Knott’s. There’s a new hire by the name is Dayna. Not sure what her problem is but she needs to relax and not rush people when there’s literally no one inside the store. I’ve worked at starbucks in Disneyland and I get it, you have your good and bad days, but fake it till you make it.

Do not go to this Starbucks if you plan to use your sbux perks. They DO NOT accept any rewards -especially birthday. And the prices are higher than normal sbux.

Cockroaches and Refusal to Serve Water
1. Refusal to Provide Free Potable Water I entered the café and requested a cup of potable tap water. The staff attempted to charge me $3 and some change. I clarified that I was asking for free potable water, not bottled or specialty water. The staff then informed me that, per store policy, customers must purchase an item to receive free drinking water.
I asked if buying a canned beverage would suffice, and they stated that each purchase only entitles a customer to 8 oz of free water. To receive 16 oz, customers must purchase two items.
2. Cockroach & Sanitation Concerns The establishment is located next to a funnel cake vendor whose customers often leave powdered sugar and jam residues on the tables in the shared outdoor dining area. These tables are not cleaned in a timely manner.
While I was in the outdoor dining area, I observed a cockroach moving around the seating area, apparently drawn to the food debris. This raises concerns about pest control and proper sanitation of shared customer spaces.

I can’t say how disappointed I am in the service. Alisa at the cashiers was the slowest person I’ve ever met in retail. Her managers need to know This is probably person that should be doing something else instead of running cashier.

So if your stranded somewhere & need a drink of water this summer, this place refuses to hand you some water unless you purchase something. What a pathetic place to step foot in 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I love this Starbucks so so much, the workers are so nice and sweet and I can tell they give their whole heart into every customer, they are super friendly and if I come back to Knotts or are in the area I will definitely come here they are fast and efficient!!💗

Visiting from FL and whomever they had at the register declined making a Boysnberry frappe for my sister saying only people whom entered are allowed the drink. It wasn’t a big deal when I came here just for the drink, apparently the rules have changed and also barista didn’t have the best attitude. This is why people are no longer coming out for coffee and making it at home.

The WORST service I have ever experienced in my entire life! ZERO star for sure!!!!!!!!!! As a non-native English speaker, I found the female server with black-rimmed glasses to be extremely unhelpful. So bad that I didn’t check her name. She was not showing any instructions to me and when I got confused about the payment method, she gave me a the WORST and unbearable attitude when I didn’t understand right away about what she said. I guess Starbucks trained their staff very well in eye-rolling skills. She successfully ruined my fun day at Knott’s.
KASSANDRA WORST Barista/cashier EVER!! She was so upset because I asked for a CVF with light ice! Like who’s drinking it you or me?? Plus she wasn’t even making it but she made it her business to walk over to the barista that was making my drink and tell her how I ask for my drink a certain way like she still had a problem that my frap was light ice!! I was very upset not only because she through my danish to the other workers so they can place it where one picks up their orders more so because I could hear her talking about me and my preference drink!!!
