Visiting from FL and whomever they had at the register declined making a Boysnberry frappe for my sister saying only people whom entered are allowed the drink. It wasn’t a big deal when I came here just for the drink, apparently the rules have changed and also barista didn’t have the best attitude. This is why people are no longer coming out for coffee and making it at home.

Not a real Starbucks. They don’t take star rewards so don’t bother standing in line.
The WORST service I have ever experienced in my entire life! ZERO star for sure!!!!!!!!!! As a non-native English speaker, I found the female server with black-rimmed glasses to be extremely unhelpful. So bad that I didn’t check her name. She was not showing any instructions to me and when I got confused about the payment method, she gave me a the WORST and unbearable attitude when I didn’t understand right away about what she said. I guess Starbucks trained their staff very well in eye-rolling skills. She successfully ruined my fun day at Knott’s.

KASSANDRA WORST Barista/cashier EVER!! She was so upset because I asked for a CVF with light ice! Like who’s drinking it you or me?? Plus she wasn’t even making it but she made it her business to walk over to the barista that was making my drink and tell her how I ask for my drink a certain way like she still had a problem that my frap was light ice!! I was very upset not only because she through my danish to the other workers so they can place it where one picks up their orders more so because I could hear her talking about me and my preference drink!!!
Really good coffee!! Well at least just perfect the way I like❤️

Reminder they don't take Birthday reward drinks or star points or any Starbucks app features except gift cards... so don't leave the park just to use them. :/ save the walk. Calico coffee in the park is the same and it's inside.
Khalina was very rude and one of the laziest workers I have ever seen at any Starbucks. Very unbelievable how she treated me, would not go here again.

This is perfect location, right next to the parks exit for a pick me up before the drive home. Not a big location but it has plenty of outside sitting. Prices are reasonable for it being at a theme park. A typical starbucks, clean with starbucks cups to buy.
Parking: Have to walk to get to this location being right outside Knotts

Drinks were good but espensive, but thats theme park prices for you. I asked what time they open and they told me 9:30. Their hours are on the Knotts Berry Farm website apparently. I was upset about the price of water cups, but they explained that they recently had to stick to the tiny water cup policy that Knotts has. Thats why they have to charge for the cups, not the water. They also don't take stars or rewards, which was disappointing as I really wanted to buy a cup with them. The Boysenberry flavor wasn't available here anymore here either. They told me that Starbucks cancelled the raspberry syrup they used to make it. Overall, I really appreciated their transparency with me. To be honest, I wouldn't go again just because it is expensive but I was glad they were there. I needed my coffee ?

Bought a venti drink, asked for a venti ice on the side water and they wanted to charge me 3$ for the freaking venti ice water that is free at every other Starbucks. Plus my venti chai tea was all ice to the literal top of the cup.
