Khalina was very rude and one of the laziest workers I have ever seen at any Starbucks. Very unbelievable how she treated me, would not go here again.

This is perfect location, right next to the parks exit for a pick me up before the drive home. Not a big location but it has plenty of outside sitting. Prices are reasonable for it being at a theme park. A typical starbucks, clean with starbucks cups to buy.Parking: Have to walk to get to this location being right outside Knotts

The service I experienced was less than mediocre. My basic coffee was watered down! The ice drinks were ALL ice. Literally finished within a few sips. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this Starbucks in the future.

Less than one star bad service and Starbucks already expensive and they overpriced beverages even more. What gets me it was hot and I bought 4 drinks and ask for ONE ICE WATER and boom cashier try to charge me $3 for water that all locations give you for free. This is ridiculous and will never buy from this place again. We in bad time with economy and this place charging for free water. SMH

After a long day at knotts berry farm , I just wanted a cup of ice water ' knowing starbucks has the good water. This in the photo is the "Ice water" they give for free , they charge you for an actual cup of ice water. NEVER EVER! have I've been charged at Starbucks for an ice water !

Drinks were good but espensive, but thats theme park prices for you. I asked what time they open and they told me 9:30. Their hours are on the Knotts Berry Farm website apparently. I was upset about the price of water cups, but they explained that they recently had to stick to the tiny water cup policy that Knotts has. Thats why they have to charge for the cups, not the water. They also don't take stars or rewards, which was disappointing as I really wanted to buy a cup with them. The Boysenberry flavor wasn't available here anymore here either. They told me that Starbucks cancelled the raspberry syrup they used to make it. Overall, I really appreciated their transparency with me. To be honest, I wouldn't go again just because it is expensive but I was glad they were there. I needed my coffee ?

Bought a venti drink, asked for a venti ice on the side water and they wanted to charge me 3$ for the freaking venti ice water that is free at every other Starbucks. Plus my venti chai tea was all ice to the literal top of the cup.
Went here after spending the day at Knotts Berry Farm to grab a drink before the drive home. Employees are nice and friendly. The place was clean and well stocked even though it was close to 10 pm. My only complaint is they did not fill the drinks close to the top. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and this was the first time I've had this happen.

Did not even have the chance to get in. Hours show they open at 9. Waited until 9:25 and it was evident they were not opening. The employees working there were, however, letting who I can only presume to be friends in and out the service entrance. Not a good look when you have a crowd of paying customers waiting to get in.If the shop does not open at 9, you shouldn't advertise that it does.
