This the worst store I been to. Bad service and attitude.

This is by far the worst Starbucks store I’ve ever come. Every time I came to this store to pickup my matcha drink or iced shaken espresso, it’s always tastes different. And I meant it in a bad way. Every time it just tastes worse and worse. There’s no consistency in this store, the worker is not well trained that they will not mix the matcha powder completely so the first couple sip you will literally taste the powder itself on the lid. I just don’t get how creative are the workers that they can make several different tastes under one single recipe and is bad. I genuinely think Starbucks should sue this branch for destroying their drinks, they should just change the name to Dunkin’ Donuts. If u really hate your coworkers, I highly recommend you can order some drinks in the store and ruined their day. Whoever works there is either blind or just doesn’t know what is a good coffee or drink taste like.

I’ve been to the Starbucks twice right around the corner where I live and now I know why I don’t ever come to the Starbucks I will go further to another because they’re rude as hell in the drive-through not a hello not a thank you nothing and they wonder why people don’t give tips anymore The day if you wanna know the last day I visited the Starbucks was Sunday, November 2 at 7:30 AM and the girl working the window don’t know her name blonde hair extremely rude something or someone needs to talk to the staff there or the management and I know a lot of people that refuse to go to that Starbucks. It’s not good for business.

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato. Nothing wrong with it. Nothing wrong with the service. Great staff whenever I swing by. Never had a problem with the drink. However. The iced caramel macchiato is just a full cup of milk with a drop of coffee. If I wanted milk id just bought milk. Never buying that shit again. Other drinks are great but the macchiato it's just milk with a droplet of coffee. Again nothing wrong with the staff but it's the drink I dislike.

I have delivered countless uber orders from this location tell me why I can't use the bathroom without purchase. Ruined my day treating me like I'm going to go in bathroom and destroy it.

Server takes my order but doesn't get my name. I wait about 10 mins and then I go to the counter and ask them if my coffee is ready. She asks me for my name but I told her the server didn't get my name. She asks me what I ordered and I tell her and she says it's sitting right there. I asked her why didn't she call out the order and she claimed she did 3 times. I was sitting 10 feet away from the counter and she did not call out the order 3 times. What a liar.
I usually go to Starbucks if I need to use gift cards or when I need a caffeine hit in a pinch. I mainly order a cold brew, green tea, mocha, or a refresher. The Frappuccinos, hold the whip, are a nice treat once in awhile too. The all-day breakfast and snack offerings are good if I want something quick.
Ordering on the app saves time and creates a less stressful experience. The points rewards are a nice incentive. I haven't had many issues with my orders, and the staff has always been hardworking and kind.
There are several tables and seats to hang out inside, and also a few tables outside with umbrellas.

Worse experience, I have been coming here for years until today this employee mocked me laughed at me and tried to serve me a drink I didn’t order twice by trying to pour the same drink into a new cup taking these videos to corporate. There’s a reason she thinks this is ok and finds it funny

Gift card purchased here on 9/25/24 for $20.00, given to gift recipient on 9/27/24 along with the cash register receipt and when they tried to add it to their Starbucks account it showed a $0.00 balance. We learned it had immediately been used on 9/25 right after the purchase, which can only mean someone at this Starbucks is doing this. Do NOT buy gift cards from this location! Absolutely fraudulent!
