I am a regular customer of this Starbucks and the staff is always friendly.But yesterday, when I was going to enter, exactly 2 minutes before 9 pm, the guy in charge of the place named Abel, went ahead to close and lock the door in my face.In vain I showed him the watch, to prove his error.The guy didn't even bother to look at me, he just turned around.That was rash man, costumers deserve better, because we don't let them down; when they ask for the tip.

I have come to this Starbucks store multiple times now and I have had weird encounters with the manager. He kept hitting on me and giving me free drinks. I have notified corporate of the incidents but they shouldn't have him in the front if this is a common occurrence. His name is Rob so look out!

LAZY LAZY!!!! Sadly this is the closest & The worst rated Starbucks near my job!! They gave me a cold brew with cold foam instead of a shaken espresso. I immediately saw the way it looked and mixed with the foam so I brought it to the baristas attention (after standing there, ignored for 5 min). They said it was a shaken espresso and walked away, offered no solution. I left and it taste like literal garbage. LAZY ASS EMPLOYEES POURING TAP COLD BREW INSTEAD OF MAKING YOUR ESPRESSO DRINKS!!!! This location would be great with a whole new staff.

Employees are all very nice and professional. Lobby trash cans seem to be pretty full/overflowing 75% of the time I come here. I drop my boyfriend off work work nearby and we stop in here 2-4 times a week.I like the staff, but I have sensitive teeth and have to ask for light ice or no ice in my drinks. I also just like being able to enjoy drinking the $6 drinks I pay for without loosing 1/3 of the drink to ice.I. Never. Receive. Light. Ice. Here.Today was the worst day yet.Ordered a light ice grande Carmel macciato. Drank it on the drive home from dropping boyfriend off. Look down because it's gone faster than usual. Half the cup, HALF is filled with ice. Today I was carrying several things so didn't feel te weight if the cup like usual. I got half the drink I paid for. I wanted barely any ice. And since I drank it, I can't very well return it for a new one.It's frustrating dealing with this consistently at this location, especially when we already are paying so much for coffees.

This starbucks keeps the starbucks cones blocking drive through in the morning meaning 5 o'clock morning i even went on google to see if they where open. they where open but when you get there the cones are blocking drive through and doors are closed . I tried to get a name but they turn there backs on you like they are not open worst star bucks so far. So now I go to coffee bean down the street.

I'll start by saying I'm not a regular Starbucks customer, and after this morning, I likely won't ever be.Lobby hours are listed on the door as being open at 5:30 am. I showed up at 5:40 and pulled on the door..employees inside glanced at me and turned back to whatever they were doing. I waited ten more minutes before another customer, who'd been in the drive thru, drove by and told me they were closed for awhile because nobody had come in. ??Look, I get that sometimes you open late for reasons beyond your control. But at least acknowledge people standing around outside, and how hard would it be to write a note and tape it to the door? These people are flippin' rude.

The only consistent thing about this place is its decline in almost every section. The drinks are so bad every time I go to almost any Starbucks now. But what made this one particularly bad is their lack of care. They don’t even cut the bagels in half to toast them, they just throw the whole thing in for a few seconds to barely toast it and then they give you part of your order wrong. Starbucks sucks so much now, Peets & Philz are superior now. I hope more people start realising that it’s overpriced, watered down coffee & go elsewhere. Near this location is Flat White it’s just up the street, a 2 minute drive with much better coffee.
